Very good managnent, the place is quiet and cozy

I’ve lived in this building 3 times now. I’ve only ever moved out to try roommate situations or to live closer to work, but when those things fell short I’ve always been welcome back without question. The property manager is AMAZING. The building is always clean and any time I’ve put in a request or had a concern, it’s always been addressed immediately. 10/10.

The resident manager (Dare) is friendly, polite, and respectful. He is easy to reach because he answers texts and emails quickly. He submits requests for repairs right away (same day) when I let him know something needs to be fixed. The resident manager is responsive and helpful and has made my renting experience pleasant.

I moved in to this apartment in June. The public spaces are very well kept! Clean and secure! It’s a quiet building and the residents are friendly. The property manager, Dare, is friendly and helpful! Always ready to answer any questions!

Though the apartments lack storage and closet space, they are modern, clean and conveniently close to the Forks, the dog park and many hot spots downtown. Each suite has stainless steel appliances including microwave and dishwasher. The caretaker is friendly, prompt and professional in communication. Repairs are dealt with as quickly as possible. There are only 2 washers and dryers for the entire building which can be a challenge but the Coinomatic app makes its easier to request servicing when needed and you are notified as soon as repairs are finished.
