The Beer Store

I went there to return my empty’s beer cans and bottles and the staff which take return treated me like i am any kind of criminal.The staff was racist and should be properly trained before putting them at the counter and let them humiliate the customers .

I went there like a few times and almost every time I had the same experience the blonde lady was super rude to everyone. No manners on how to treat customers, like a karen. Super egotistical and very low self- awareness. Highly ignorant and doesnt want to hear the other side of the argument. Although I doesnt have any problem with that young lady on the counter but I hope she atleast learn basic manners on how to talk to people generally. Maybe the owner should encourage these dumb employees to be more perceptive and have a basic training on just how to talk. Never stepping in this store again. I hope she reads my review and have a self reflection on herself before stepping out in public again and hope she finds god. I never put out these types of reviews but damm she was rude.

I was looking for a specific seltzer since LCBO doesn’t have it and got their 5 mins before closure however girl won’t let me in. I asked for a manager/supervisor and girl said she is a supervisor. I asked for a reason and she said we are closed when there was still time left.Poor customer service, rude management.

Punk looking girl" with shaved head on the sides at the returns station is HORRIBLE. She is so hostile and rude it's not even funny. Her attitude is terrible. Rude staff

Showed up 1 minute before 9pm(8:59pm), right before closing , AND THEY WERE CLOSED!

Went there to sell my beer and wine bottles, the lady was so rude. She don’t know how to talk politely to customers. Management should train her on how to greet people. Very bad customer service!!! And do you guys allow your staff to wear headphones while on duty??? As she was during her shift… Pathetic lady

Great place for quick Beer Shopping experience. Lots of options available in various packs. If you know what to buy it shall take kess than 5 minutes for oucking your order & walkout.

Went to return my empties the Monday after Easter long weekend and attendant at the returns was rude and had no customer service. I was wearing my mask even though the mask mandate is a personal choice. Heard the lady(punk looking) at the back this is the 2nd person today with a Mask saying it out loud to her co-worker while customers can hear while browsing around for their beverages. Not sure If it's the Monday blues or she's just there just because it's work. Hopefully Management can read through all the past comments and do something about it. Other than that beer is nice and cold self serve which is the plus side of this beer store!

Staff is very rude and biased( Racist behaviour ) the supervisor don’t even know how to talk or deal with customers. Worst experience of my life
