Our family had such a fun time at Crock a Doodle. It was our first time and it was a great way for family to spend time together . I hardly knew where to start. But the friendly staff were amazing and helped me through the process! I was so impressed with the quality once it had been kilned. My first creation is now a beautiful treasured keepsake! I can hardly wait to go back!! Thank you so much Crock a Doodle!

I do not recommend coming here! Both times I have came, they have broken at least one of my items, and i have had to argue for a refund. I have also had to wait for over 30 min for staff to find the remainder of my items because they ‘couldnt find where they put them’. They are not cautious and offer no compensation for the time, effort, and money wasted here. While its a fun activity, its not worth getting excited over because they damage at least one item every time.

I visited the North London Crock a Doodle on Feb 3 with a group of my girlfriends. I can honestly say that what followed in the weeks prior shook me far beyond what I thought possible in such a low-stakes retail environment. I never expected to be so emotional over customer service, but I felt it necessary to share a small portion of my experience here to warn fellow customers - especially young women - about the conduct of the employees here. This location failed to deliver me the items that I paid for on the promised date (Feb 10). They gave me 3 new dates to pick up my items (Feb 11, Feb 12, and Feb 14 respectively), and on each of these dates, my item STILL wasn’t ready as I was promised. I had no Valentine’s Day gift for my partner! When I broke down in tears because of their mistakes, I was accused of “making a scene” and told I was “over emotional” because “it’s just pottery”… This was shocking. I assured the owners that I never a scene… I was just understandably teary eyed because they didn’t give me my V day gift on time (the security camera footage could easily confirm this. Not to mention that I’m a 23 year old teacher and fellow service worker… I don’t yell at or demean minimum waged workers). I was scolded on the phone by the manager, Tyler, who told me he finds dealing with upset customers “funny” and that I’d have to “learn some serious life lessons”. I was gaslit, demeaned, and insulted by the employees of this location, who lied multiple times about our interactions to cover up their mistakes. I was made to feel at fault for crying over their errors, caring about my art, and being disappointed by their broken promises. I am positive that this only resulted because I am a young woman. Though many of the employees of this location are women themselves, we are not immune to the effects of misogyny on the way we perceive and interpret events, and the way we treat people. I sincerely hope that this review helps them reflect on their actions and treat customers with more dignity and respect moving forward. Since I suspect that the owners of this store will respond to this review with lies to protect their reputation, I’ve written a complete account of my story that’s available to anyone upon request.

Really cute, fun date! Staff were very friendly and accommodating as we showed up 15 minutes late. They arranged some stuff around to help us stay our full duration.

The staff here are so lovely and help you with everything you need. They were out of my favourite shade of pink for the first time ever but i didn't even care! Mix and match fun! Will definitely be back again.

Really nice place! Never knew there was a pottery painting place in London, and it was a very enjoyable experience doing this for the first time. The environment is very pleasant and relaxing, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and there are many options of pottery to choose from - such as plates, bowls, cups, mugs, burgers, planes, etc. They have all the materials you will need in store and they are provided for you. Once you are done painting your pottery, you leave your pottery at the store, then come back to pick it up after a week once it has been glazed and baked". I'm so excited to receive mine back next week! I highly recommend coming here so you can use your imagination to create a unique

This place is great! We have done take-home stuff and I recently brought my child in to make something there. We had a blast!!!!! I do think the prices of the ceramics is too high, but we chose affordable items and had fun.

I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with Lyndsey & Tyler at Crock A Doodle for almost 4 years now. I place between 6-8 high volume orders with them every year, and I am always impressed with the excellent customer service, high level of organization and quality of work that I am met with. They uphold a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and I have nothing but good things to say about both my in-studio and take-home kit experiences. A must-visit studio for the whole family!

I booked a small group in for a casual event. The experience was positive from start to finish. As new to this craft, we had lots of questions and wish we’d brought pics of examples along to speed us up as time really flies! I can’t wait to see the results! FUN!
