I had my hair cut here a few months ago, and it was the absolute worst experience of my life. The instructor actually did a lot of it, and when I went to another stylist to get it fixed, she was appalled that a hairstylist let me leave with my hair looking like it did. After showing her exactly what I wanted, she suggested we try something that she made to sound like what I wanted, and believing that I was in good hands with the instructor, I gave my assent. Worst hair mistake I have ever made. I'm still trying to repair the damage. Don't go here, no one knows what they're doing.

Love this place. Always go get my hair done there. All the students that have done my hair were awesome. I actually went there a few years ago because a salon I went to messed it up. Have never gone to a normal hair dressing salon since.

I was recommended this place by someone local. I went on the website and read that they have professionals watching over the students. The atmosphere is fine.. the professional clearly knows what she is doing. I do not think the students are taught professionalism at all though (at least not who I had). I was at least expecting the teacher to check it over before I got sent on my way. The hair dresser cutting it didn't even give it a once over look either.. All hair places I have been at allow the person to face the mirror and check out the style after it is finished to ask if we like it. They get a mirror and hold it at the back of your head so you can check it out before you leave. I brought in a picture of what I wanted, and it doesn't even look close after being able to compare. Luckily it is just hair and it grows back though. But I guess it is what to expect with a school doing hair right? Can't always get the A+ students.

My grievances are with how the school operates/what the teacher advised me. I left with an orange spot at the front of my head with the teacher stating she can't put on any more product" to fix my hair to match the other parts of my new blonde highlights

Went here to get my hair chemically straightened back in August. One of the students chemically straightened my hair and wasn't instructed properly, so now I've lost about 50% of my hair (which they didnt tell me would happen, they only said it would be left feeling like straw and looking damaged) and I'm still waiting for my hair to look normal again, because it is sticking up all over my head. Would not recommend to anyone. They refuse to take responsibility for it, and instead say that it turned out bad because of something I did, when I know 100% that I took care of my hair properly.Edit: December 13, 2021My hair is finally starting to look normal again after 2.5 years of being completely screwed. The chemical was applied directly to my scalp and left there for an hour. Now that I know more about how to properly chemically straighten, I'm appauled that my hair was done the way it was. Wasn't the student's fault. Her instructor was crazy to tell her to do what she did.
