Excellent experience with the doctors there. Had a severe back issue for which I could not get to the clinic at all (totally immobilized). Had a phone appointment with Dr. Kimelman who assessed the situation, provided me guidance on what medication to take as well as an extra medication which was prescribed over the phone. After a day, the pain is still there (and I know it will be for a few more days) but am a bit better today and got a good rest.The doctors here are caring and the treatment excellent. Thank you OOCH for being there!

The clinic is very accessible with lots of parking, the interior is very modern and clean, and the staff are very friendly and efficient. Dr Kimelman provides excellent service, he listens well and he's very easy to talk with. He always ensures that all of my health issues are discussed and addressed. He's a great doctor at the clinic!

Kimelmans standards of patient care has extremely deteriorated and he either no longer cares to work with patients symptoms in order to prevent early illnesses by regular annual checkups, w addition of diagnostic testing depending on patient’s symptoms (bloodwork, xrays or ct/MRI if needed or if it’s been over 3-4 yrs and severe changes have occurred since last diagnostic test). Also his secretary staff is not helpful as well a patient should be given a chance to explain brief reason of the appointment/ follow up in so the doctor can be PREPARED for the appointment and have a more informed and helpful appointment because very often the doctor seems unprepared without any resolution at all and more follow up appointments needed to address the prior issue and prior prior issues. I feel so neglected… Then doctor doesn’t seem to be motivated in helping the patient address the concerns and core issue of the problem. Often left neglected and serious medical problems or questions unaddressed and unanswered …I’m not sure if this lack of care/neglect for his patients has become worse overtime or this has always been his low standard perspective in patient care. All I remember is that the previous doctor in the clinic Dr. Smith cared about all his patients as well he took patient care seriously and above and beyond what was expected. Regular exams and his interest in solving or attempting to resolve either by diagnostic tests or referrals as needed if he felt he couldn’t help his patients was a always addressed and never ignored. He took his patients very seriously and this is something that Kimelman seriously lacks, he smile doesn’t show any interest in offering and addressing any solutions to his patients. No motivation in that matter at all which is why i do not call him s doctor as doctors should never leave their patients neglected for many months and years either lacking skill or truly just not giving a care to address whether new or chronic patients illnesses. This is rather sad and very disturbing to me and as i see in reviews many patients feel the same way. This needs to change we don’t need more doctors that simply neglect their patients. This is already a huge problem sadly in our province, low quality doctors and healthcare. Patient no matter on level of suffering either severe and chronic or acute should receive equal care and treatment.

Dr. Kimelman and the front line staff at OOHC are always very friendly, efficient, and helpful. I’ve received excellent care, and they take the time to make sure all of my needs are met.

I have always had a good experience when I come for Dr Appointment, Dr Kimelman is very understanding, patient and listens to your concerns.It's nice that we have this in the community.I am not sure how busy it is there everyday but anytime i call, the receptionist instantly puts you on hold, this isn't just one time it's everyone you call, and sometimes wait so long just hang up.But all in all i always feel saftied when I leave

New place on Osborne very clean bright and friendly, new Doctors are now available make sure to be pleasant and have patience give yourself plenty of time lots of seating and parking available, meet Dr Kimelman very pleasant and friendly person.Also you can request for a phone call from Dr Kimelman.If you are in a hurry book online its easy and painless.

The care I receive is always, always top quality. Dr. Kimelman's care and concern is so evident. He makes me feel heard. And when others in the medical field seem to overlook me, he will always step up and come up with more solutions that make me feel like a valued person who matters.I wish every doctor was like Dr. Kimelman. There would be a lot less complaints about our federal medical system if everyone's doctor cared and connected like he does.

My experience at OOHC starts when I call for an appointment and am always received with a warm and helpful voice who listens to my needs and gets me in as quickly as they can. The clinic is pristinely clean, the office staff welcoming, and Dr. Kimmelman is the best. He always takes time to catch up and remembers me and asks me about my life. He is reassuring, professional and thorough. I feel like I am well cared for and have always been so impressed with Dr.kimmelman and his staff.
