Ultimate Tools

I’ve bought a few things from Ulitmate Tools. Their prices are good and their selection is great. But the real reason they get 5 stars from me is their communication (aka - customer service). Order something from them and there’s a good chance you’ll get a call to update you on the status, wait times, delivery issues (if any), combining orders, etc. In this day and age when customer service is so lacking with so many businesses it is really nice to deal with a company that will call you if there are issues to discuss or whatever. I love that. Simple communication. That’s what most customers want I think and it makes the difference between good companies and great companies. And so far, Ultimate Tools is a great company.

Have placed three orders with guys. They have fulfilled every order in short order and the service has been excellent. Most recent order was a Q5 Fuji Spray System which I highly recommend.Thank you very much for all the help Albert!

Always fast service, ordering from Ottawa takes 4 to 5 business days to receive my items.

I placed a preorder with Ultimate tools back in February with the expectation that the tool would arrive mid April. After a couple of weeks grace period having not received the tool I emailed Ultimate Tools to inquire on the status of my order. Staff member Emeka promptly responded saying they had just received the tools and were preparing them to ship out and that I should receive my order in a couple of days. Just over a week went by and I had still not received my order. I sent another email to inquire if I could get a tracking number so as to follow the shipment. Emeka again responded saying there had been an issue and my order was not shipped the day she thought it would be but it had just gone out. I was sent a tracking number and had my order in 3 business days. I have no issues with the shipping delays for the simple reason that I appreciate the prompt response Ultimate Tools/Emeka offered when questioned. I have ordered from other company's and have felt non existent once they had my money. That has not been the case with Ultimate Tools. I will continue to order from them when the need arises.

I’ve made two orders from them now. Both times I’ve made my order they didn’t have the tools in inventory and had to bring them in. Which is fine, but keep in mind that you’ll not get any of your order promptly until they can ship all of your order together. Well, that’s what I thought because that’s what happened with my first order. Second order they pulled the same thing but worse. They didn’t have one of the items in stock and had to order it in and again they said they would ship it all together. Ya no! They shipped the item that they didn’t have and nothing else. That’s right. The items they did have in stock still haven’t made it to me. After I figure this order out it will definitely be my last! Don’t follow in my footsteps. Order elsewhere!!!

Even though I live at the other end of the country, Ultimate Tools is always my first go-to-shop when I need new tools or equipment. Best customer service and support I've received from any store. Purchases are always fast and easy with on-time delivery.

visited this store last week for the first time. i highly recommend a visit to anyone for their woodworking needs, you can tell staff are well trained. Emeka was very helpful and knowledgeable.
