Great service!!! I went there in the morning today to grab a breakfast with my friend. There was a one female worker working there and she greeted us very nicely. She was very engaged to serve us and gave me a good start of the week with her positive attitude.Update : I came by for a late dinner on Wednesday. The guy working there was very polite and patient even though there were some customers with big picky orders at the last hour of closing. There were customers keep coming in but he was very polite to everyone and also made me a perfect sandwich. Great service. Keep it up!

Horrible veggies this time of year, wow. Photo says it all. The entire veg trey has freezer burn. Tomatoes and lettuce mushy. Won’t be back to this location PERIOD unless somebody reaches out for a credit.

dont go past 7pm, the store is regularly empty with no staff in sight, i waited for almost a half hour, and still no one was there.

I received exceptional service. Staff goes to all lengths to provide quality service and ensures to keep things clean. It gaves me great comfort to go to a place that follows proper hygiene and proper handling of food.

Clean very clean, I do travel for work and since subway has stepped up their salad game I see a lot of subways. This subways cleanliness was on point, so I enjoyed a sit down. When someone provides a service a tip option is always welcomed. Your not forced you can hit the button that says no.

Great location, great service and great food. The employees are very friendly and they take the time to efficiently prepare your subs , making sure it’s to your perfection. Right in the heart of downtown Victoria so it’s perfect to grab a bite and then continue your adventure!

I have been going to this particular Subway for some time and never had any complaints until about a month ago. My last visit was the worst. There were several issues including; 1. The staff lost the keys to the restrooms. Luckily the ladies room was not closed properly by the previous occupant so was useable but sadly unclean. 2. There were items unavailable (Not a huge issue but still clearly easily remedied). And 3. The staff made us feel unwelcome and as though we were inconveniencing them.

I just ordered through skip for my partner and I. We both noticed our subs were so yummy- but also it was my first time getting beyond meatballs. Anyways so good. I was going to toss the paper bag out and noticed a little weight to it. They included a little bag with 2 chocolate cookies and a smiley face reading TY. Anyways it was a super cute little surprise and super appreciated. Best Subway experience ever. I don’t know who was working but they’ll have me ordering from/going to the Quadra location as a preference. Thanks Quadra Subway!! <3<3

I am a daily customer at subway.. i always enjoy going their because the service is superb. Especially the girl name prerana is very patient and makes me very delicious sandwich
