Love Love LOVE this place.... Black Beauty is the best dark roast coffee EVER! The customer service is sweet the baristas are very pleasant & the coffee is beautiful. You can't lose coming here & the west End location is great. You can also buy coffee beans to take home it makes a great gift also for friends or family if your puzzled o. The lady working gave us paper cups instead of the for here, dine in experience cups, after we asked she said its too late to give for here cups, not to mention both lattes were not made properly, tasted like warm milk. And our croissant was totally burned! Just seemed like some lazy service!

Had a pour over and a butter croissant to go. The coffee was just slightly warmer than luke-warm. Either the barista didn't use hot enough water or it already sat outside for a while. Didn't ask for a remake because there was a huge line behind me and I was already on my way to work. The butter croissant however was the biggest let down. For the same price, you could get fresh and flaky croissants from Breka just down the street (I went there the day before). The croissant I had tasted stale and chewy like the rebaked frozen croissants. Lastly, the barista didn't feel welcoming and rushed through my order, but I'd give her the benefit of the doubt as it was a busy morning.
