Placed an order for delivery thru Tim's app, not sure why it was directed to Ashburnham location with Monaghan only 2 mins away. Order took 55 mins to arrive - Doordash called at 50 mins to say Tim's didn't release orders.Ordered Bacon & Egg breakfast sandwich on Everything bagel and received the thing you see in the pics: cheese bagel, cold, tons of un-melted butter, and no egg. Store gave a nice apology, and offered to give me a replacement on my next visit, really unhelpful today since I cannot leave work. Donuts are right, at least. Oh and of course.... NO NAPKINS. How is okay to send out greasy and sugary food to people, and refuse to give napkins?Took 3 bites of that sandwich, and spit the last one out. Disgusting.

I love Tim Hortons and usually never have a problem with them, I have even worked at one myself. I was really disappointed today because my quencher had been made with water instead of lemonade. I could tell because it was very bland and just tasted like watered down concentrate. I also heard through the window one of the worker ladies being extremely rude to the other two workers at the drive through.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in town, the people taking orders in the drive thru can’t speak or understand English making me pay for something I didn’t order the bagel was so disgusting it had to been one that was left out for 2 days I ended up tossing it out the window paid 25 bucks for my order which included the screw up, absolute horrible place I could have went to a restaurant for breakfast and paid the same without the screwups and language barrier

They literally get my order wrong every time, I always go back thinking it’ll be different. My hazelnut cold brew had no ice in it & no foam, my partners order was made wrong & on top of that they forgot our 10 timbits?? Not coming back.

I absolutely love this Tim Hortons location and I attend no less than 4 times a week the staff are amazing. My only complaint is I have a severe allergic reaction to tomatoes and it seems like 7 out of 10 times I order a turkey bacon club or breakfast BELT and request no tomato there seems to be tomato on my sandwich causing me to have to throw the sandwich away! I end up wasting my money and having to go somewhere else to get food unfortunately.

Went through drive thru today (Thursday Feb 9th 1pm) waited literally 15 minutes (timed) for a coffee and a donut, upon receiving said coffee and donut, the donut was edible, my coffee however, came with a lid that wreaked of cheap perfume/cologne effecting the taste of what should have been a delicious coffee. Do better guys. Tim Hortons policy states no fragrances (I am a former employee of Tim Hortons) the fact they can't follow that simple rule makes me second guess eating/drinking anything from that location. Very displeased and will be filing a report with head offices.

My family and I drive by this location every weekend we go to the trailer. We recieved good service once, out of many times. After many times of ordering a bagel with butter and cheese, and receiving a dry bagel, I decided to check this time before driving off. As you can see in the second picture the bagel was pretty much dry. The only reason why it has any colour is because I had it sitting with the cheese on it for a while before taking the picture (you can tell because of the straight line). So I waited for the employee to open the window and politely asked if I can have more butter on my bagel please, then showed her there was none there. She was nice enough to say that because of covid she couldn't take the bagel back and would have to make a new one (this is understandable). To which I responded if you don't mind that would be great". When she closed the window I heard a lot of bickering back n forth. She then gave me another bagel and the first picture clearly shows the maturity level of the people that work there. It's obvious that they intentionally put more butter than was needed

It's what you'd expect of a Tim's location. Food is a little lack luster however but other than that the drinks are great and the staff are awesome, especially the morning crew and thank-you so much to them for dealing with me in the morning!

Ramanpreet is one of the best employees at this Tims location. Every time I come here she is always doing a great job. She’s is very nice and a pleasant person. She is always on top of things and doesn’t let people slack off, while maintaining a positive environment. I’ve yet to see anyone as great as her!
