As a second time home buyer, working with Alyss was a very good experience in that her communication skills was outstanding on how she communicated to me on how things were going. Her negotiation skills was amazing because she was able to deliver on the best price I was looking for when buying a 2bedroom condo. Her vast knowledge in Red deer was perfect in that, I was able to acquire a Condo that was near a school, bus stop and other shopping outlets within the area. Personally I recommend Alyss as a trusted and hardworking realtor who can make your dream to own a house, apartment or a condo come true. She is simply the best.
