Ok. I do not usually leave reviews, but I am SO disappointed with the service here, I cannot simply sit and wait. While building our house last year, our contractor ordered parts which were put on my credit card. It was later determined that they were not appropriate size for the doors. When I went to return them, I was told that it was a special order and could not be returned. They DID offer to check on it with the company they ordered from, but after I gave them all my information, I did not receive any call back or anything further on it. I have also left a phone message. This has now been over 3 months. This was a large enough purchase that put me out enough money that I'd like to receive something back for it. It is also a product that you cannot simply use somewhere else. I have no need for it. Any help would be appreciated.
