This is a great store with friendly staff. There prices are excellent. Do not let the small size of the store fool you. They have plenty to offer. I will continue to shop here.

Genuinely one of, if not, the greatest record shop in Hamilton. Incredibly fair prices and a big selection to choose from, in fact I've discovered a few of my favorite artists there by picking something up and just trying it out. Plus great quality records, used places tend to have alot of beat up vinyl without warnings, not this place, usually great indicator stickers. I highly recommend checking this shop out and showing some support.

My go-to place for used records, their facebook posts with new inventory have helped build my collection and drain my bank account LOLYou can reserve a record with a quick etransfer and it's yours!!!

I've only been to the store once, and unfortunately, it will probably be my last. While the service was good, the clerk offered to hold all of the records I was buying behind the counter so I wouldn't have to carrying them around the store with me as I shopped. I accepted without looking them over first. After asking about grading just before checking out and hearing the clerks response, I trusted the grading that was indicated on each in good faith. Unfortunately, most of them turned out to be hugely over graded and not something I would play on my table. :(

Flashbacks is a nice and quaint video store with very good pricing and good condition products. The staff there are very friendly and are very helpful. The store is kept very clean there are dividers at the cashier. They are definitely following covid guidelines. I made a purchase for my collection today. Parking is by meter on the street

A very good experience today with Chad, who is very polite and professional and careful to choose the right albums. Is very fair when it comes to buying my old record collection. Sold quite a few albums and would highly recommend going there, giving the small (but well stocked) store a chance to keep the vinyl going!! If you do go, ensure your collection is well loved and in decent condition.

Great little shop. Respectful and welcoming with some absolute gems worth digging through. They accept donations as well so if you're not using some of your movies, CDs, etc. It's a great spot to show support for.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a great selection and lots to offer. They are also very responsive via Instagram and are super helpful!
