This pharmacy has really gone down hill. I came in to pick up a prescription for diabetes and had some questions. Paul, the pharmacist, was casually dressed, leaning on the counter, no name tag and looking like he had better things to do than answer questions. None of his answers were helpful. He was vague and not specific in his answers. I was less than impressed with his service and I have to say shocked by it as I have always had incredibly great care from all the pharmacists I've been too. He really didn't seem to want to give me information about the new medication or what would happen when switching from the old medication that was giving me problems. When I asked for his card, he gave me the 'managers' card. He would not give his last name. I got home to find my prescription in the little brown bag. Absolutely no information about the drug, they had not included the basic printout that would tell me dosage, side effects etc. When I called the pharmacy, Paul said 'i didn't complete that order' and offered to have the info sheet delivered in 3 days to my house. I asked him if he could email it to me and he agreed to. I won't go to the pharmacy again. In the past, i have to wait days to either pick up a prescription that they did not have in stock as well as blood testing strips for diabetes that were also not in stock. So sad about this as the pharmacy is close and use to have a brilliant pharmacist working there.

The pharmacist Tania is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She helped me clear my queries quickly. All the staff's services are appreciable as well. They were very fast and had no long waiting as I have experienced from other pharmacies. Thanks for providing such an outstanding service!

They used to be good, their staffs and pharmacists have been changed and now it's a chaos there. I always order my meds a couple of days ahead and still not ready for pick-up. Their customer service went down the drain recently, no respect, no knowledge. Going to transfer to another pharmacy. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone.

This is an excellent pharmacy. Very professional, and the staffs are helpful and friendly too. I was there to fill my son's prescription and they got it ready in a few minutes. Excellent patient counseling as well.

Received COVID-19 booster vaccination on site last week which resulted in negligible discomfort. Thanking the pharmacist and her colleagues for their availability, professionalism and attentive and responsive support.

Benton medical Pharmacy is one of the best pharmacy in Downtown kitchener. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I was able to get OTC medications right away. The service provided is excellent and professional. Highly recommend this to everyone.

Officially posted closing time is 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Arrive at 5:50 on a Tuesday to pick up prescription, a 2 minute ordeal. Employee shuts door in my face as the last customers walked out. No joke, I was two metres from the door about to open it. I was shocked, other customers were shocked. Giving the employee the benefit of the doubt that she had not seen me, I go around to the front door. She refuses to service me when I ask because apparently pharmacy is closed at 5:50! If you close the doors at 5:50, officially post 5:50 as your closing time, not 6:00. Had I arrived at 5:59 it would have been understandable, but this experience clearly shows this business doesn't respect their customers' time and money. Originally came here to support a smaller local business. Taking my business to Shoppers which is 5m walk away, and across the street from work.

I received my Covid booster shot from the Benton Pharmacy. It was a hassle-free experience without much wait times compared to other the pharmacy I went last time. The staffs were very helpful and friendly.

Flu shot sign up was time consuming. 3 email reminders which is fine. We arrived and they avtually did not have the shot for under 61. Staff said system did not catch it even though it had our birthdays. She said she tried to phone many times that morning, but no call history on my cell. Drove directly to Queens pharmacy and they had under 61 shot and we both got it.
