Very disappointing, leave messages that are not answered. Have tried several times to use their service, but will have to move on to another company.

Just recently moved into a rural home with cistern storage tank for household water, and Derek and team have been great at providing timely and friendly service. Would recommend Cedar Springs for all your water needs.

I haven’t done to many reviews but felt it was necessary especially under the latest health scares going on with coved 19. I really have to acknowledge how happy kind and professional the driver NARAD is for Stoney Creek area I have never seen him in a bad mood ever, he always has a smile on his face laughing and joking around.Even under these circumstances he’s going over and above to make sure not only that he stays safe but also the customer as well. If there was more then 5 stars to give it would be extremely easy. Thank you for always providing a five star service. Anyone looking for a water provider look no further as the customer service has gone over and above for years thank you Cedar Springs and a special thank you to NARAD!
