My pipes froze this winter & even after most others had thawed out, I still had no water. After 7 days of trying to someone to come & help, I gave Neil a call & without hesitation, he placed me as urgent & came but had to come back the next day. Turns out it was the landlords fault in which Neil had no problem coming with me & dealing with him. Absolutely incredible service an asset to his trade & I would recommend him to anyone. Great human being:)Thanks Again Neil :)
