I called Gibson Mechanical due to water in basement, Brad took time out of his busy schedule to provide us with some feedback with regards to water issue. Brad was extremely professional, very knowledgeable. A++ company. Thank you B. Gibson Mechanical!!

Recently we had our water service line go. We called Brad and he was at our house soon after. He helped us with our insurance claim and explained what the repair procedure would entail. One of his workers was at our house soon after and hooked our water up from our neighbour’s house.It took 7 business days for the city permits to be issued and Brad called and said his crew would be here the next day to do the job. They were here shortly after 8:00 and after setting up got right on it. 5 workers were here for most of the day and they were all wonderful to deal with. They were all very professional and did a neat and tidy job. They were done around 4:00 and cleaned up inside and out. The front yard looks a little worse for wear but considering they had two machines working on it, I don’t know what they could have done better. The excavator operator filled the 10 foot deep hole in and packed it down as best he could. It looks a lot better than we thought it would, not even a hump. A little TLC with topsoil and grass seed will have it looking good.We would highly recommend them. The crew were all very polite and friendly and went above and beyond what they had to. Brad was awesome to deal with and he (and his crew) made a very frustrating situation much less stressful. We would definitely use them again if needed, and give them a 10 out of 10.

Brad and his crew were friendly and knowledgeable. They changed out my lead water line and tried to make it easy for the city to do their part when the time came. They explained everything well and were on time and receptive to my questions. I would certainly use them again.

awful scammer pricing... huge ripoff... unprofessional.. found out he way overcharged compared to other contractors... have since heard terrible things about this company

I called Brad Gibson due to a leak in my basement. I thought it might be a leak in my water main (it wasn't). Brad came over the next day, found the cause and answered many of my various plumbing questions with patience and excellent advice. I was so impressed I hired him on the spot to repair another of my plumbing issues. I would highly recommend Gibson Mechanical!

Adam came to our home in a matter of minutes. He was kind Professional and patient Our oldest son has special needs and offered to help Adam which he excepted graciously. I called him to get a price on replacing all my copper lines to plastic did not even spend 10 minutes in the house give no information on what and how he was going to do ijob. Phoned me with a ridiculous price of $7800 and pushed extremely hard for me to book them. Clow Darling came and explained everything in detail. They did the job for $2800.
