Torrid

Got some amazing help from the staff, and now I have the perfect outfit for my big day!Definalty the BEST PLACE for plus size cloths!!!

The staff were amazing. The selection of sizes was limited due to a sale. They stock a variety of clothing to suit various tastes. The prices are in keeping with other stores but the quality good.

I usually really like this torrid but i haven’t been for a few months and it seems like they have hired new staff. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a woman wearing two masks stacked onto of each other and I couldn’t hear hardly anything she was saying to me. She asked if I needed help and I said no, I was just there to look at underwear. She then hovered over my friend and I the entire time we were looking at the underwear and told us the deal that was on and where to find each kind of underwear, even tho everything was clearly labeled, there were signs with the deal and I had already told her I didn’t need help I said thank you. She kept sticking around staring at me as I picked out underwear and jumping in on the conversation I was having with my friend. She asked me if I knew what size I was and I said yea and then she asked me what size that would be… at this point I was annoyed, I already told her I didn’t need help. I said “size 1, I’m okay tho, thanks” A few minutes later my friend and I had decided we would look for a pair of underwear to give to my friend for her bachelorette party that weekend and even tho the employee was carefully watching and listening to everything I did I guess she missed that part of the conversation because as soon as I began looking in the size 0/00 drawer she ran over to tell me I was in the wrong drawer for my size…it came across as so rude. I’ve never been watched this way in this store ever. It felt like she thought I was going to steal or something.. if there are problems with stealing in this store I would suggest more cameras, no one wants to be carefully watched while they choose underwear. in the future I will shop online if I have to shop here at all.

I can’t say enough about this store. The staff are amazing, the selection is always current and vast. Location is always clean. I will drive out of my way to go to this location over others.

The sales staff were very friendly and helpful.My wife found 3 dresses that fit her well and enjoyed shopping here.

They had a good selection, but they're sale prices were different (less than) than what the website and the Hamilton Store had, hence the 3 star rating. Lots of great clothing options for larger sizes though!

Not the best Torrid I have been to. Staff were good but seemed to follow me around. The selection of clothing were also just ok. I'm hoping it's just for this season. I will go back for another try some other day.Update: Much better this time round. To say it was a Torrid Cash day (busiest time for them) they looked after me well. Had a good system going for change rooms. Very helpful. Enjoyed my visit and lots of summery bright clothes to choose from

Emily is so amazing. I went last week for my first time, and she treated me like a queen. She was full of recommendations, and we even had a laugh. Her customer service is what will make me go back. I ended up with more than I thought, and I'm truly happy with everything.Thank you, Emily, if you ever see this !!
