The funeral director went above and beyond in many ways including working with the funeral home in San Diego in a timely fashion, communicating with all of us very compassionately, choosing the perfect officiant and personalizing the service by arranging for Neil’s prize possession, his pontoon boat, to be parked at the funeral home. It sparked many conversations with our guests and happy memories for the family. Thank you also to the ladies who served lunch to so many people. Given the circumstances we had a very positive experience overall and felt well supported through such a difficult time.
