I want to thank all the staff in the infant room for caring for my son the way they have! Staff have all been wonderful!

My son has been coming here for about a little over two years now, and I am extremely happy with him going here. The staff are always super sweet and treat my son like he’s their own. He also gets super excited at drop off which makes me feel at ease knowing he’s happy as well!

Worst Daycare ever!My Baby attend this Daycare for almost 4 month and he had a diaper rash almost every week because he was not being changed and we received reports saying that he was being changing 2 time but the bag was full with diapers not used.After talking to the staf every day saying that he need to be changed more frequently nothing changed my baby had a diaper rash almost every week.I decided to take him of this facility and was the best decision every the staff is very unprofessional and they don’t care at all about the kids.The Daycare is dirty and my baby used to come every day at home very hungry I doubt that hey feed the kids which what they say.I had the worst experience ever is the worst daycare that you can ever find.Very unprofessional and rude and the most important they don’t do their job with love and passion.

I enrolled my son in MLELC in September 2019, wow what a difference I see in him in such a short period of time. His vocabulary is amazing, his learning ability and communication has improvement, they thought him to share his toys and he eats everything they make and at home is so picky. Staff is amazing, friendly, kind, place is so clean. I 10000% highly recommend Market Lane Daycare to all family friends.I am able to go to work in peace know that he is in such loving, capable hands.

Just from the phone call I had today with Jessica, this daycare sounds very promising and very reliable. Jessica was very great she answered on my questions I had, she had a answer for all. I do recommend her if you want to talk to someone about enrolling your children. Very nice lady. I really recommend this daycare.My son will be attending next year.Thank you again Jessica!

UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL! STAY AWAY! We recently moved to the area and Market Lane was one of the daycares we visited. The supervisor repeatedly stated that the only way to “reserve a spot” is to pay a $50 fee for the waiting list which she assured us would be refunded if we gave notice two weeks before our requested enrolment date. We decided to go with a different daycare and notified Market Lane over three weeks early. I have been emailing them constantly for the last SIX WEEKS to get my money back. In the latest email the supervisor suddenly claimed that she told me the fee is non-refundable but I have emails from her where she says we would be refunded. I never thought I would be scammed by a seemingly reputable childcare centre! The supervisor plays interference for a “head office” that preys on families desperately waiting for daycare space and has no intention on giving refunds despite their promises. DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!EDIT: After seven weeks of waiting, I finally received my money from the daycare after posting this review.
