I really like the service anytime I am in there. They are kind and helpful. A few years back I had a shady experience checking a lotto ticket, the guy didn’t want to give me a pen so I can sign it before he checked it. But I haven’t seen that young man working there since and no issues since then.

Dishonest location in my experience.Couple visits in a row now, the cashier rung me up with bogus charges for items.Last visit, he entered 2/$3 water bottles as something like $2.40-ish each.Worse was my previous visit, buddy charged me $20 for the Limited Time Flavour Crush 12-pack (note that all signage was taken down at the time of my visit) that I got at the downtown location for $12.99 (consistent with posted signage in-store at that location).He didn't offer me a receipt either visit, and actually crumpled up the print-out before I even thought to ask.I haven't had these kinds of experiences (missing signage; over-charged) at the other Lasalle or downtown Mac's.

Staff is friendly and I always find what I need.

Some friendly staff but they also don't know the laws regarding some of their inventory.

pay with cash and the employee switches to a calculator then pretends to ring it up but the screen says zero...cash (and the tax they charge on cash purchases) is obviously going right into pockets

Vineet the guy working gives me a hard time every time I go in there... today. He didint have change for a 20... like what macs dosent have change for their float in the register... so makes me wait 10 mins... to open the safe... just to say. Let me give you the change from my pocket... what a asshat... wish there was something closer
