I am SO happy we got geothermal, Herb was very impressive. He was knowledgable, professional and answered any follow up questions I had right away. I was completely sold on the technology and benefits and am so grateful we got rid of oil! We are saving so much money!

We checked into Quest Geothermal thanks to a recommendation from a local competitor of theirs- which was quite the endorsement of their work right out of the gate.The team at Quest worked with us to find a solution to somehow installing a geothermal system at our home we bought in the summer which was built in the mid-1980s without any ductwork and just had electric baseboard heating.Each member from the Quest team, from the discovery/mulling it over phase to the ductwork, piping/looping and drilling were incredibly down-to-earth, professional and patient. Going geothermal can be daunting, it is not a clean and tidy process and can come with a lot questions. Every member of their team we dealt with took the time to answer our questions.Quest were also very responsive to a few issues we ran into as the project moved along, never once did we feel like just a number. It is clear they take pride in their craftsmanship, skill and work and they are definitely passionate about geothermal.We highly recommend Quest and consider ourselves lucky to have met and worked with them.Go green - Go Quest!

I have been using Geothermal since 2019, switched from an oil furnace and I am all for it. I enjoy the efficiency and definitely saved tons of heating cost vs. oil tank, despite the upfront investment.The 2-star is really for (1) the Hydron brand furnace we got installed by Quest and (2) the wait time for service.The Hydron furnace gives some hiccups from time to time, sometimes it just gives up on compressing heat and pops the call for service" message. Called to inquire about a quote for a sizable pond based system to augment our current GREEN wind turbine and solar hot water systems. Was told by reception that Stuart would return my call promptly.I have been ghosted for 3 weeks. Called in to see status- reception was curt and unapologetic. If this is the sales process for this company, I cannot think that delivery would be professional or prompt.Moving on to a competitor.
