Best Water Canada

When I first arrived to this location there was bit of confusion for I was looking for the store front with the name. Later I realized that it is a restaurant as well. When I became aware of this fact and entering into the store, Simon greeted me with a warm and positive smile. He asked if I was looking for the clearly filtered pitchers. I was. He instructed me to complete the transaction online which is fairly simple. After everything was completed within the online store, I received the pitchers.Simon was a delight and his coworker (forgiven me for I didn't get his name) offered a simple of the purified water! I also got a free sandwich which was delicious!!PS: the same day I used the pitcher the water was pristine. Please consider purchasing them here. It is better priced and you'll be greeted with compassionate service.

This water filter pitcher is truly top notch. While my fridge filter isn't that bad I never really looked forward to drinking water before this, seeing it mostly as fuel to just get refreshed but now I actually enjoy it, plus it seems to help with clearing brain fog. Marcus is a great guy and even let me have a sandwich on the house when I came to pick it up. I probably shouldn't have mentioned that haha now everyone is going to expect the same thing.

I have purchased both the Clearly Filtered pitcher and the sports bottle both which are absolutely amazing. I originally got these to use for making my baby’s formula and now use it for our whole family. The water tastes amazing. It is the best filter out there. I was previously using another water filtering system. Marcus at Best Water is very helpful and super nice and went above and beyond to deliver the products personally the same day. I really appreciated that as it’s not easy for me to go to the store with a little baby. Best service from an online retailer. Highly recommend the Clearly Filtered system.

Outrageously Fantastic !I ordered the pitcher and an extra filter on the 16th March 2022 and received the order at my door at noon on the 18th !! (Toronto - Quebec)Carefully packed (paper cardboard AND bubblewrap).It doesn't get any better than this.Buy with confidence, I did and I'm really satisfied with my purchase.

Amazing customer service! I am so impressed. My email was returned with an email and phone call. I needed replacement parts for my water bottle (I didn’t know what I needed but Marcus did right away) and they were shipped promptly and free of charge. Will absolutely continue to use this site.

I recently ordered a Clearly Filtered Gen 2 Clean Water Pitcher to be shipped to my daughter as a gift. Marcus, at Best Water Canada, shipped the water pitcher promptly and upon using it the first time, my daughter discovered that there was a small defect in the bottom of the pitcher causing it to leak. I contacted Marcus to see what could be done and he replied shortly afterward to assure me that the issue would be resolved quickly. I’m pleased to report that Marcus personally inspected and shipped a replacement water pitcher to my daughter the very next day and that it works perfectly. Thank you, Marcus, for your excellent customer service! I won’t hesitate to shop again at Best Water Canada.

I own a clearly filtered water jug that needed replacement and now amazon.ca only sells the filters in bulk. I was so glad to find this local vendor in Toronto!! I ordered my water pitcher yesterday and received it today. The customer service is excellent and now I can rest assured I won't be without filters. The prices are reasonable too. Thank you Marcus!

e've been usig the Clearly Filtered Gen 2 Clean Water Pitcher purchased from Best Water Canada for a couple months now and are very happy with it. The customer service provided by Marcus at Best Water Canada has been excellent. There was an issue with the first filter we had(filtering very slowly), Marcus went out of his way to deliver us a replacement filter the day we reported the problem to him. The replacement he sent works great with no issues. The great customer service is one of the reasons we will continue to order our filters from Best Water Canada. Keep up the great work!
