Customer service skills of a pickle!

Adding the screw cap and jacking up the price is a very bad plan. Dairy land is now responsible for putting millions of bits of plastic into landfills. Obviously not good for the environment.There is also the issue of these caps being on so tight they can't be opened especially by anyone with arthritis. And when you can open them,there is the pull tab which can also be problematic causing the milk to splash out.This has been a huge blunder on the part of dairyland.

I noticed that Dairyland changed their size (and added the screw cap) however, their competition has not. I'm not buying the trying to avoid passing increased costs onto the consumer" line when both products in the pic are the same price in the store. I'm also not buying Dairyland's products anymore.Update: Shop around... Green carton is as much as $1.50 more than the pink carton"

Why would they add More plastic on their containers in this day and age?!? Our entire office has agreed- no more dairyland products - yipeee

They took almost 1/4 cup of creamer out of the 1 L container and added a plastic cap, making it harder to recycle (unnecessary!) but I'm still paying close to $4. So, now I get to pay for 1 L and I only get 946ml??? And is the cap supposed to make me feel better?? We had no trouble opening the gable tops for over 40 years. Sorry Dairyland, I'm not buying your product anymore!!

They changed their chocolate milk recently, it has nowhere near the same amount of taste as it did before, very bland and non distinct.I use to like the dairyland chocolate milk over any other generic brand for chocolate milk but recently when they changed the plastic jug they also changed the amount of flavour they put in, and now it actually has less flavour then those other brands.Very disappointing, I usually buy 8-12L of dairyland chocolate milk a week, but if I have to make my own chocolate milk I don't care what brand regular milk I use, so I will not buy their chocolate milk again as it is.

I would hope that the animals are being treated well here but that is impossible in my opinion as they are forced to be manually impregnated which is so shameful that this happens. It saddens me that these animals are forced to live torturous lives to feed selfish humans! One day they shall live their lives. They have feelings and personalities just like we do and they have every right to wake up and breathe fresh air and do whatever they please every single day but instead they are abused and used. It's up to us as humans to make it right and I believe if you have closed your eyes to the wrong doing you will be done punished ten fold and no one will hear your cries as you have chose not to hear the cries of these poor creatures. My heart goes out to you.
