Subject: THANK YOU LAUREN!!!!!A couple of weeks ago, I came across some valuable information about a strain I had read about via consumer reports and ratings and I really wanted a refill from this new drop.I was on a mission.I was told by my neighbourhood Cannabis Link they'd be happy to transfer it from another location or supplier.LAUREN – was a) personally familiar with the product and endorsed it, and b) she has this innate desire to please customers.Near closing time, Lauren from Hyde Park called me back three (3) times to insure that she had the stock, and was able to arrange the transfer. The transfer was done the very next day.Her cheery and uplifting energy made this an unforgettable customer service experience.Well done Lauren – you should be rewarded.She's a keeper, Cannabis Link!PS: Josh at Westmount Link had a hand in this!

all I can say in WOW, my first time in the shop I ment szimi. this girl was very friendly and knowledgeable, she was a great help. this place also had the best stuff I have had at great prices. I highly recommend hitting up this shop if your in the area.

I love this store but was very disappointed not to be able to redeem my Link Loyalty points on top of your 10% 420 sale. The Budtender said they couldn't combine discounts and i could pick one. Not letting your regular customers redeem points on 420 of all days sucks and feels like a punishment.

Every time I come in, the staff are so welcoming & kind. They definitely know their stuff & are always eager to answer my questions with no judgement. I love all the staff but I’ve been helped out by Lauren many times & have to say - she is such a bundle of joy! So positive & kind, always making sure I get the best deal for what I want. Love this place & can’t recommend it enough!

Kind staff and quick service, Lauren helped me out a few times and I appreciate that! & Ashley always provides service with a smile, cheers to her as well. Overall, really great staff, the manager must be proud.

GREAT STAFF! Good conversation and excellent customer service. Lauren was top notch. Even forgot my wallet at the store and rec'd a call as I walked in the door.
