Best place to have an oil change done, great value, good energy with the employees!

Took my daughter in to have an engine flush and oil change . Previously I've had great experiences , have my dad and my wife and also two of my other daughters going there . The manager has her sons working there and has been very pleasant until yesterday . The oil change was listed on there wall along with the engine flush with prices . Noticing the price for the flush was $10 cheaper that posted on thier price board I asked why i was being charged more . The young fellow looked up and said oh , we must have forgot to change the price . Asking if they will honor it he put his head down and went to ask his manager . She came over and asked if she can help me , I showed her the price board and asked if they will honor the price listed . Surprised by her response as in the past she has been great , she angerly snapped at the young boy give him $10 off , then looked back at me and very rudely said we ate not Walmart . I didn't even reply , next she walked across the bay shouting at her son I told you to change that f'ing sign , the kids all working there were clearly scared of her and had thier heads down , the yelling went on for like 30 seconds . We left and went for the complementary car wash , upon leaving she had them changing the sign , as we drove by she glared at us like we were awful people . I feel really bad to be honest as $10 is nothing to me but I suspect it caused much stress to the good young kids working there . After we left my teen daughter told me she had a friend work there and she told my daughter the manager is quite rude and mean to certain staff if they are not on her good side . Personally after this experience I can see this as being true .

I Called before hand to get a quote for how much a full synthetic oil change would be, because I had a coupon and I’d never been there before I usually go elsewhere, they said it would cost around $100 after tax. When I got there they said it would be $115 which is fine it was only going to be $15+ more but when I went to pay he said it came up to $145 after taxes with my $13 off coupon. They gave me 3 different prices if I knew it was going to cost $45 more then they quoted I wouldn’t have gone there.

Amazing customer service!! My car engine light was on and I pulled in for help. The owner was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me get in with a mechanic nearby, get a tow truck, and drove me in her car to the automotive repair shop. She charged me nothing to diagnose the problem and wouldn't even accept gas money for the ride. Thank you Darcy!!!

I keep coming back for the friendly service! Nice family owned business and they answer all my car questions.

Had an amazing experience here! As soon as we pulled in we were very well looked after. We have been taking our vehicle to the dealership we bought it from for years, not anymore. We will for sure be back for our regular servicing here. Great family business and I love that they thanked us for supporting their family business. It's important these days to support family over corporations.

I love this place. The staff here are wonderful and professional. There is no pressure to be upsold. The owner Darcie knew exactly what my import car needed (She has years of working in Vancouver with BMW, Mercedes, Audi etc). Darcie is a savvy female business owner in a male dominated business. She knows - and has got all the right stuff! Highly recommended. Five stars.
