Just bought a Kia Sorento from Branton Siel at Kia Vernon. He was friendly and very helpful. It was refreshing to have him admit he didn't have answers, but would seek them out either through other staff, or through technology. The process was easy and didn't feel pressured. I was speaking with serjah (sales rep) in regards to a vehicle my wife and I wanted which was at Vernon Kia. We had the deal (70,000 all in) numbers were agreed with the managers and reza the GM even took my Credit card information to secure the deal. The deal was done. 5-10 minutes later I got a call from the manager saying they have another client on the same car and they are selling it to him for 72000. If I match the offer I can have it since I was first in line. (I have text to prove it)Dealership like this I would not recommend who change their mind for more money. It’s unfair since we had a deal and I was ready to even book my flight to fly down from calgary to Vernon.Don’t recommend this dealership at all who treat clients like this.

Be very careful if going to Vernon Kia. Have a plan. Go in with a clear mind and know what you're doing. Bring a friend or family member to help. Do your research. We did not meet any of those conditions and did not fully understand what we had committed to. Accessories. Protections. Administration. Shipping. Market Adjustment. We overpaid for a vehicle that does not suit our needs. We're trying to sell it now and will be losing a lot of money. We're responsible for our ignorance. But definitely feel taken advantage of.

5 star service. We had a great experience at Vernon Kia with Troy M. He was very pleasant to deal with and easy going. He made the transaction so smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend dealing with him. He is well knowledgeable and informative about the car. The team are all friendly and approachable here overall.
