The staff outright refused to accept returns or provide refunds, leaving us stunned and disappointed. Instead of offering assistance or trying to find a solution, they resorted to yelling and displaying a complete disregard for customer service.To add insult to injury, my cousin had only tried the shoes on at home and took a short walk to assess their comfort. We hadn't even worn them outside or damaged them in any way. It was a perfectly reasonable request to return them, especially given the limited timeframe since the purchase. However, the store's inflexible policy and the staff's unprofessional behavior left us feeling frustrated and disrespected.I strongly advise against visiting this particular Nike store. Instead, I urge you to consider purchasing your Nike products from a different retailer, even if it means paying a slightly higher price. It's clear that this store lacks basic customer service skills and fails to prioritize customer satisfaction. Don't fall into the trap like I did. Hire people who know what they are doing! No customer oriented approach including the manager working there.

Walked in twice and both time we were ignored. The worker decided that picking up the phone was more important than speaking to us who are walk-in customers. Absolutely the worst service.Disappointed. Will not be returning.

Experienced exactly the same thing as the previous review.Apparently the manager is the only guy who can do return/exchange, so I had to wait for 30 minutes in the store for him to come back. Then he started asking a bunch of questions like why do you wanna return it?" "how come you didn't come return it earlier?" "why did you buy it then?" etc.Then he’ll find every single possible excuse not to get the shoes returned. bad experience."

Brought my daughter to this location to purchase some Jordan's. We had to seek out help and interrupt due to them ignoring and chatting with each other. First shoe they told us they didn't have any sizes available without checking. Seemed rude but we didn't jump to conclusions and just looked for another pair. Brought up another pair for them to say the same thing again without looking. We asked for it in multiple sizes as we weren't sure her size. Seems weird they know by heart every shoe & every size available. Why is every shoe on the shelf sold out? Lazy staff. And this store lost out on $200 cause they couldn't be bothered.

found a great pair of shoes, sadly no one could help me or at least offer help, they only spoke to me because another girl wanted to purchase the same pair of shoes and just wanted to see if i was taking them with me. Worst attention i’ve ever had.

Rude salespersons. They don’t wanna entertain your queries and rather stand away and talk to others salespersons. Unprofessional and rude staff here.

Manager needs to take some courses how to deal with customers. Since he is the only guy who can do exchanges i had to wait for him for quite a while and it wasn't that busy. Then when he got to me he started been a smart ass about why i want to do the return. Then when it came time for me to sign the return receipt he was rushing to have me sign it even thou i told him i want to read the receipt and that he needs to chill. I wished he was that eager to get to me in the first place. So for people who have nothing better to do in their lives, enjoy spending their whole day waiting to return 1 item, and deal with a smart ass foot locker is the place to go.

One of the first places in the mall I check for new gear. Hoping I even catch it.Staff are always on it and friendly, know their invintory and deals. Like piping in every time I visit the mall. Court shoes for the kids and shoes to make me think I'm cool. Just wish they had more matching track suits more often.
