Just wanted to share that I had a great experience with Rick and Josh during my railing installation. The experience was good right off the bat by requesting an estimate and they got back to me the same day. Next they showed up on time and brought samples as to what I was going to see during the estimating process. No other contractor brought samples and others did not even come on site. They shared their experiences to come up with a great design. The quoting system they provided was the best of all the estimates I received showing visuals with exact measurements of what was going to be done. They also went up and beyond and did me a great favor as I pulled up a bunch of railway ties and they took them along with the debris of my deck!! Very much appreciated. All went smooth on the installation and I knew it came out great as I saw Josh video taping the installation :-). All I can say is that I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Maple Rails for your railing project.

We were very pleased with the installation of our new railings and columns on our front porch. It has really changed the look of the front of our house. Rick and Josh were very professional and easy to work with. We will definitely be recommending their Company.

Out of 5 contractors, only Maple State Construction could do railings for my front porch and steps in the fan shape. Josh and Rick did them very well with the smooth inclination of railing on steps, and making the most use of every inches of space available, nice and neat.

I have checked all the boxes because it’s impossible to leave one out. My daughter had acquired a wonderful pet dog who had major protective instincts for his family. Several incidents had him get out and threaten people coming to the door. We urgently needed a gated barrier and I luckily contacted Maple State Construction. From the outset everything to do with the railing has been of the highest professional standard. The rapid response and consultation answered all the necessary questions. The fence has added that additional security needed to protect visitors from a young highly protective guard dog. Our dog is settling down as dogs do but his instinct to protect will always be there. Thanks fo such prompt response to our need.In spring I will contact you about plans involving cement patios and walkways.On another matter, good contractors can often recommend others, I am looking to replace an aging dilapidated kitchen counter.Again thanks A Wignall

The whole process of getting a stair railings installed has been smooth. No nonsense, straight to the point, honest communication from Josh throughout. Very professional and would be my first choice to go to for any future work.

Josh and his partner were amazing and pleasant to deal with. I had them install tinted glass railings and aluminum columns on my personal residence. They did such a fantastic job I hired them again for my rental property. Exceptional team!

Was having a hard time finding a company to do a railing on a flat roof. Josh and his team came out and could do it, and did it very quickly despite the cold weather. Very nice to work with and super happy with our new black and glass railing on an upper flat roof balcony. Great work and loving the results.
