There is so much that can be said about Hasti from La Vista Events! Hasti and her team assisted my husband and I with our Kelowna winery wedding 3 years ago. She stepped in with the month of coordination and got in touch with all our vendors to finalize the most detailed wedding timeline and seating arrangement. She made sure to allow time for my husband and I to just have time to ourselves in the midst of all that was going on during the day, and she was attentive to all our needs. Any stressful situations she handled with kindness and poise including a toppled over wedding cake! It is because of Hasti's genuine care, professionalism, attention to detail and organization with everything that goes on behind the scenes, that allowed us to truly just enjoy our wedding day. Hasti with her team at La Vista Events were able to help us organize the best and most memorable day of our life. We have had guests tell us at the wedding and afterwards that it was the best wedding they had every been to.When we had first approached her, we knew that we wanted to take on some of the heavy lifting when it came to organizing our wedding. Hasti was able to take our concerns and propose a consulting package that fit our needs exactly and help us throughout our wedding planning journey. She gave such valuable guidance and we all had so much fun through the process.In planning for the wedding, Hasti was able to suggest and help us sort through vendors in the areas we had very little experience with and give us some guidance on the industry. She was flexible in her time to meet both of us and was open to our many wedding ideas. Hasti was flexible in exploring those ideas and giving them life and at other times giving us reality checks when needed. She understands the logistics of the event and social aspects to ensure a smooth execution for the various things planned for that day.Our wedding day was beyond words and the memories we had made on that day will be with us for life!Not once did we feel like we missed out on the food! Hasti and her team were able to keep us fed and hydrated throughout the event.Sara was a star keeping us picture perfect throughout the day, her spirit is contagious and will keep you hyped for days.Before the reception, my wife had underestimated how poofy her dress was and realized she would not be able to dance in it. Lauren was able to actually go to our place all the way across the city and grab another dress for my wife just in time for our first dance. We are so thankful and couldn’t have imagined how the night would’ve turned out without her help.In the end our wedding came within budget and we came out of it with a lifetime of priceless memories.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Hasti and her team were a godsend! From our initial consult to the final execution on the day, Hasti exuded confidence, professionalism, warmth, and so much knowledge about her craft - it really was one of the best decisions to hire her! Hasti truly exceeded our expectations with her FULL planning package. She took all the stress of the planning out of our hands. She had an extensive vendor network that we could access (all who had nothing but respect and praise for Hasti and team) and I barely had to do any research myself! Hasti was proactive when it came to setting up meetings, following up with us when crucial decisions had to be made so we could stay on schedule, and have I mentioned her VERY detailed wedding planning workbook ? That was a game changer! I am so so happy with how our wedding day was executed, from the moment I woke up after sleeping in and Hasti gently but firmly reminding me that I should get to hair and makeup (haha), the beautiful ceremony, reception, and after-party...Hasti's idea to transform a room into a surprise Bollywood night club experience for our guests - that truly ended the night on a HIGH and memorable note with everyone! The day was nothing short of amazing and I can't think Hasti and her team enough for making it all happen! Her team gave us the VIP treatment from start to finish and even after the wedding was said and done, I could still go to her for questions I had about vendors or small issues I needed help resolving, and she didn't blink an eye or hesitate about still helping me out. Robin and I first met Hasti in 2019 and knew immediately after our first call we wanted to work with her. Hasti with La Vista Events truly cares so much about your wedding. You may see her crying on the side with tears of happiness at the end of reception when your wedding dance party is about to start.She absolutely truly cares about your wedding as if she is planning her own family member’s wedding. As a friend and a vendor, she takes care of the vendor to make sure all questions and necessities are provided and communicated.She will make sure your day works flawlessly. We came to Hasti 6 weeks out from our wedding. Hasti and the La Vista team are exceptionally organized, thorough and detail oriented. My wife and I had tons of ideas we wanted to incorporate into the wedding and even with such a short timeline they truly were able to bring every detail to life. Hasti is priceless! After meeting her for a consultation, my husband and I agreed we needed her to be with us on our wedding planning journey and there was no way we could do this on our own.The things that sold us were:-different planning packages-easy to talk to-attention to detail-super organized with all her templates, timelines, workbook etc-all of these things will help keep you on track (with your budget, sanity, and day of timeline)-Hasti is the most efficient person you will ever meet!We ended up scaling down with a more intimate ceremony/dinner with our families and wedding party for our “part 1” that took place this year due to COVID-19. Hasti was so amazing “holding our hand” while we all figured out what to do with a global pandemic and wanting to still get married. She always made sure to keep in touch with us and kept us updated with our vendors and then new vendors when we had to change some things in order to adhere to COVID protocols. She planned our mini wedding in basically a month! There were so many extra things that she did for us that weren’t a part of her role as wedding planner but because she is a gem and the best human she is there for you.Hasti is well known within the wedding industry. This truly was a blessing during mini wedding planning with vendor changes and vendor availability.Our Part 1 mini wedding went so well that we feel so lucky to be able to do a Part 2 next year on a larger scale hopefully. Every guest told us after our wedding that everything was so flawless and beautiful. Hasti was there for us 100% at every point of this journey. So many little things came up during the wedding day and she was prepared for all of it even though we (wedding party and guests) weren’t. Her wedding kit has everything you didn’t think you needed. It's hard to know where to start because Hasti helped my wife and I plan our wedding since before COVID. The care and attention that she put into our wedding for the last few years is immeasurable.
