We hired Silverstone to finish our unfinished basement. It was important to us that our basement matched the high quality finishes in the rest of our house, and needless to say Justin and his team knocked it out of the park. Our basement instantly became an extension of the rest of our house and we love every part of what was done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build or renovate their home.

This was our second home build, our first with Silverstone.What an AMAZING experience!!Our first home build was a nightmare so we had our guard up starting out. That very quickly changed once we met Justin and his team. From start to finish they looked after everything.Everything was an open book when it came to the financials. We knew where and how our money was being spent. Our overages were well documented and there were no hidden surprises.Every stage of building our home was exciting and well looked after.Every trade that walked onto our building site was amazing to deal with and friendly. They all worked together as a team and had a mutual respect for each other. During the design stage where we made our decisions on our finishes, every vendor we went to was a pleasure and really helped us put our ideas together so that they made sense.I must say we don’t have one complaint about anything. Our family was thrilled to have Silverstone Custom Homes build our home in 2021/2022. It was a great experience overall from start to finish. They pay attention to small details and were always timely to respond any questions we had. I would 100% build with them again. Also, we have sold a few of their homes. Brand new from the time of completion but also had the privilege to sell one of their homes several years after when the owners had to make a move. When we decided to build our forever home we had no idea which builder we would choose, there are so many options out there. Thinking about trusting someone with the biggest investment of your life can be scary and overwhelming. The Silverstone show home in Laredo was one of the first builders we went to check out and we were immediately sold. Their show home was stunning and we could tell Justin takes pride in his work. He was up front with us about which things were upgrades and which were not. We could tell he used quality materials and quality trades. So we sat down and told him what we wanted. He drew up custom plans, provided a quote within our budget and we broke ground July 2018. The whole building process was streamline, organized and professional. We had help every step of the way and constant communication with Justin. We felt like his number one priority. We moved in on December 22, he couldn’t promise we would be in by Christmas but I know he worked his butt off to get us in by then. As with any new build there are always the odd issue to fix or take care of. He always responded immediately to our concerns and had issues fixed promptly and efficiently. I recommend Silverstone to anyone and everyone I know, they take extreme pride in their work and truly care about their customers.
