Tilbury Concrete

Taking a walk with my kids and as we were passing the concrete trucks we had to stop and look at them after all my kids are 2 and 3 years old and are obsessed with concrete trucks, the men driving them and working there were really nice and honked their horn and had no problem letting us look at them from outside the fence for a couple of minutes until some rude young man with blonde hair came over and told me that i am not being safe with my kids. First off its none of your buisness, secondly their with am adult, i would never put my children in an unsafe enviroment as i am 100% by their side holding there hands. I am not blind i can see if a truck is coming and know when to move out of the way. Thirdly their children if they want to stop and see the trucks we will do. Thank you to the nice men who made my kids day and to you blonde man next time appraoach in a nicer way if we upset you by being there sorry it hurt your tiny little feelings, your pathetic.

Their concreat is weak do not buy from them or ask your concrator if is buying from them DO NOT !!!!?!!!tell them to go with somebody else.

I recommend this company above the others.

My experience contacting Brad Courtney from Tilbury Concrete for a minor incident that happened was a very positive one. I didn't want to complain and from the moment Brad took my call he made my concerns feel valid. I was impressed with his friendly nature and the promptness with which he handled my call and issue. Brad definitely portrays superior customer service and you gave me a very positive feeling dealing with Tilbury Concrete!!

Had some work done recently from Tibury Concrete. After it was done someone asked me who did your cement work...I told them I was not happy and once they heard it was Tilbury they were not suprised. Extremely POOR customer service. The typical company that portrays that they will take care of you upfront but basically dont answer or reply to phone calls after they do the job. Seems like the employees that work for Tilbury also are not happy...Thats a BAD sign. I would NOT recommend this company. Avoid like the plague!

Ordered on Monday for residential delivery for that Saturday. They confirmed the time and I set up people to help on Saturday. They called on Friday at 3pm to cancel because they failed to plan for another truck properly. Very poor planning and poor service.

They did a great job on my patio and pool deck. 22 meters of concrete, very professional

Throwing cigarette butts out the window on someone else's property is probably illegal and a real douche move.BTW, smoking inside company vehicles is prohibited in Ontario, so two illegal moves by one Concrete Truck driver.Way to be professional

The lady in charge of the phone calls needs training in customer service i dont know who she think she is but not the way to run a concert service called to place a order for concert but always seems to choose the time she desires when specified the time I needed. the service was a lot better before not a way to run a company tilbury

bunch of crooks. Their guys came back at night to steal lumbar and building material using their company truck and their boss covers for them.
