I will surely go back to chatime as they have a good place to stay and have their tasty milk tea that I really like because of it's unique taste. Every penny is worth it. You won't regret going there.

I visited for the first time yesterday and tried a pearl bubble tea and a Thai iced tea. The Thai iced tea reminded me of visiting Thailand and the person at the shop was really helpful with customizing each drink to my personal preference and explaining how the process worked. I'll definitely go back!

The Chatime at this location is renovated very well and is on theme with their brand. Lots of options available, but drinks can take a while to be made. However, the care they take into making the drinks is wonderful and the presentation is lovely as they wipe the outside to ensure that no drinks have spilled throughout the process. Only negative is that the floor right at the order area could be mopped more often as water was starting to accumulate from the people bringing snow in with their boots which can be very hazardous if someone slips.

Long wait. Staffs are not cooperative.Worst irresponsible staffs. By mistakenly they gave my order to someone else. And the other customers already took that order. Then the staffs asked to other customers to bring back my order. I waited 25 mins. And canceled the order. Chattime lady was not ready to make again. Horrible idiot staffs. Irresponsible and useless. Unhygienic way of making.Really worst Chattime store in hrm . Farnham gate road- dunbrack .I want to put 0 rating
