A friend recommended Aaron to do a home inspection after they also used his service. As it is our first home purchase we wanted to cover everything. Aaron was super friendly, right from the start, and on time - actually EARLY!He was very knowledgeable, patient and very very thorough through his whole inspection. Frok crawling his way into the attic and into a crawl space, he was paying attention to all detail, came fully prepared with al his tools too.I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking for a home inspection but especially for first time home buyers. We had the pleasure of meeting Aaron for our home inspection on May 31st. We had never been through the process of a home inspection before so it was all new to us. The time he took to go through every section of the house (crawling into the attic, putting his drone up top of the house to check the roof and gutters, turning on appliances and taking pictures of everything) he made the process so easy for us to understand and explained everything he was finding good and bad. He answered all of our crazy questions we had with becoming homeowners and put our minds at ease. Aaron did an amazing job for our inspection and it didn’t hurt that he had a lovely and outgoing personality which made it a pleasure to spend the 2 hours with him. Aaron is simply incredible! Highly knowledgeable in his field and a very friendly person to work with. I can't thank him enough for the thorough inspection he did for the house I was interested in buying. I couldn't help but notice his attention to details, checked every nook and corner of the house and provided us with insight about things in the house that might need our immediate attention. On the same day he emailed me a detailed report with all the relevant pics, along with a safe home guide book. Aaron is such an amazing person, arrived at the home before anyone else. Too the time and dedication to inspect the whole house from basement to roof. Very well equipped (drone, heat sensor etc.) Aaron does not mind having a shadow as he insists that we should so that we can learn more about the house we are planning on purchasing. Aaron is very thorough with his inspection. At the end of it all he sits with you and discusses what he found and educates you on what is critical and prioritises should be replaced/fixed.
