Minute key is the ultimate method of key cuttingI’m not firm believer in using machines to replace human labour, however, this machine does an amazing job at a very reasonable price. I have had several keys cut here and never had any issues with sticking or improper use. Highly, highly recommend it.

Convenient location in a Walmart but it wouldn’t take my credit cards. I tried tap and swiping. I needed to do another set of keys and I gave up.Updated:I was over charged by a lot.

Use your service booth at Walmart which was located by customer service. Very conveniently located. The keys came out perfect. Only complain is the machine would not accept CC tap even though it is equipped with it. The key price went up recently. Love the coupon discount as well.

Works as expected. Minor inconveniences like the edges being rough when it first comes or a card not working is not enough to take away a star. Fair prices, amazing convenience, great location. Would highly recommend.

I use minute key before and have no issues with the keys, but this last time for some reason the key did not work in my door...refund process was easy and customer service is good, no questions asked, they just process the refund.

The duplicated 2 keys did not work smoothly.It loosened the door lock position and I had to spent $90 to get a locksmith to get fixed.

This was nice! I had two keys done here and was quite happy with the service. The machine was easy to use, fast, and the service was priced well ($5-6 per key plus tax).A couple of things worth noting, however. 1) I wish there had been a greater assortment of key styles to choose from (there were 6). 2) A splinter from the key got stuck in my skin; the edges are rough after cutting so be careful! 3) One of the keys works great, but the other not so much. Most likely because the template was itself a copy that did not work very well.
