Store should be open at 10 am , not a single person that works here is around ... 10 people out side the store and more have come and gone ..Its now 1045 am Saturday march 11 2023

Worst experience at Mountain Warehouse store at Toronto Premium Outlet. Arrived at 6:25 pm with family to buy a pair of gloves for the kids. The representative named Ms. Evelyn didn’t allow us to enter the store stating that it is closed as the lineup inside is huge and will take an hour to clear. There was no line up outside though. We told her that we only wanted to buy gloves and the line up isn’t that huge and there is still 35 minutes for the outlets to close. She very rudely said “I am not lying” and shut the door on our face! I wish I could rate this experience in negative stars as it’s not worthy of even 1 star. Below is the photo taken at 7:10 pm of the apparently huge lineup that was supposed to be an hour long! Extremely disappointed and I hope Mountain Warehouse would take more of this as this kinda behaviours hurts customer loyalty.

I like outdoor gear, I like this place. 4 stars because sometimes I find thier outlet prices aren't super. But always a bargain to be found. And it's in an outlet mall so there's that.

Best place to find affordable and high performing clothing. Staff has limited awareness of availability, and things are all over the place, so you will really need to hunt.

Highest quality outdoor clothing. It is not cheap but I've been so happy with the quality of this brand that I only buy my outdoor clothing from here now. This location is good for service but hard to find. It's on the north west corner of the mall. Parking on that side can be full at peak times.

Had a horrible experience with one of the employees who was working there, he was kind of judgemental of us and was making comments like it is cheap

My top store for winter wear.. I visit it each year for some great savings for me or my family.Usually they carry a large variety of stuff and run special discounts (applicable based on the amount of purchase made).
