Thought I had a dream job but the the Eastern Sales Manger that ran the facility thought that they knew everything about everything and constantly over-ruled; micro managed and bullied the employees into doing things the way they wanted even if was contrary to the industry norms. When things went wrong the employee was reprimanded for doing the wrong thing - This company have been through 5 employees in 3 months and all have walked out because of the working conditions - I was let go for no reason other than the Manager felt that teir position was threatened.Stay away if you are looking for any sort if advancement or career.
