I went today to get my car safety with certificate. The price for it is on higher side $109 + tax but I got an appointment pretty quick so was satisified with that.But once the safety was done, i took the document to service ontario and they rejected it. Pointed out the mechanic has written a completely different VIN no. I was shocked. Not only it wasted my time to stand in service ontario line for 1 hour and now I had to buy $15 temporary plate for few days. Went back to the shop and they gave me the new certificate and when pointed out the inconvenience they just said sorry". I wanted a refund of $15 atleast that I had to spend more because of shop's error but they didn't entertain.A mistake can happen but what makes a difference is to own up to it and provide resolution with empathy. I found it missing."

Godfrey is a godsend. Love the service here. People are very nice. Mechanics go above and beyond to make sure they find and fix your problem. I came in for my air conditioning. Even though it was not fixed, Godfree was able to rule out a couple of possible problems, which would have cost me a lot of money. I would definitely recommend this location and I will definitely be back to finish fixing my AC.Came back today July 6th 2023 and Godfrey did NOT disappoint! Turns out it wasn’t the compressor, it wasn’t the switch, it was a wiring issue! This man is the man you want to come and see!!

not a very good experience.Went there to get the oil changed. i opted for online package which included oil change, tire swap, brake inspection, fluid top ups, battery check.After taking aprx 2hours i was handed over the car without any go through that if all the things are perfect or not. i was in hurry so left immediately but when i checked there is no fluid top up, still unclear if my breaks and battery is in good condition.they lack customer service. the guy who did the car works seems bit rude or arrogant.. receptionist was fine with her work.definitely not going there again or recommending

Auto mechanic by day, immersive dubstep DJ by night/after business hours. Needs better selection of music - especially the Sunday and Wednesday night 1am crew - Keep hearing the same boring tunes every time I walk by. Also needs to play louder/more speakers as music becomes a bit harder to hear from 3 blocks away.

The guy does have much experience in newer cars or pick up in my case . He doesn't listen to his clients very well and make changes without speaking to his clients and charges them for it.I got refunded back 400$ because I found out he never replaced my transmission filter which is expensive. So I had to redo it again buy new transmission fluid (350$) and got it done some where else. So I would recommend this place to anybody plus he charges like a Chrysler dealership with less experience

A great gentleman by the name of Avi has helped me a few times with my Fiance and I. We have remote starters and the work beautifully thanks to him. He was able to book us in on short notice, and always able to accommodate us to the best of his capacity. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do as good a job as him. Definitely would recommend.

Was at this location a few weeks ago for a safety on a 2018 vehicle. They did a thorough job giving a recommendation of something minor that should be done soon, but I was impressed with the honesty, since most franchises, or any mechanic for that matter, will be looking to nickel and dime you and fabricate repairs or maintenance that needs" to be done.It's a little out of the area for me

I started going to Meineke last year for tire + oil changes. It seems the more I use these guys, the longer I wait. The appointment I had in April of this year, I waited 2 hours, which I can understand if they were really busy. But yesterday's appointment for the same work, it took them 3 hours. So next time, I will have to wait 4 hours? No thanks, you have lost me as a customer. Having an appointment is not any better than walking in.

I went here to get my car's A/C repaired but all they did was waste my time and took my money. I paid for the inspection fee of $69.95 to determine what was the issue but the mechanic spend almost 3 hours just to tell me they needed more time to run a scan diagnostic. They were going to charge me $110 + the time charges to complete this. The receptionist and mechanic gave me different answer on the charges when I asked if I could return at a later time because I had an appointment later that day. The mechanic didn't seem to be knowlegable and was having a hard time figuring out what the issue was. It wasn't a busy day so I expected to be out of there within ample time. Their service is slow and will milk the time to charge you without fixing anything. Very dishonest location and will not be returning here again.
