Cardinal Plumbing Electric & Septic

We had low water pressure and an old pressure tank so we called Cardinal. They installed a new pressure tank and cleaned our well and raised the pump as we were getting a lot of sediment in our filter. The system works much better now! The technicians were on time and very professional and explained everything. Their office is also excellent at providing information and even texting you when the technician is on his way so you know who's coming and when they'll be there. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

The service provided by Cardinal is simply amazing! From the front of house, Holly and Amber listens to what you need done and ensures all departments are on the same page. Mitch, Aaron and Andrew where very professional and explained everything that needed to be done and went above and beyond to ensure all of my work was what I wanted and needed. I highly recommend this company, you will not be dissapointed!

Cardinal is my preferred plumbing and electrical service for Peterborough, for both my residential and business needs. They are professional, friendly and go out of their way to be as helpful as possible. Their staff are always kind and polite and work efficiently. I always feel like the charge is fair for the work.

I found this company through Home Depot. They called quickly, and made an appointment for the following week. The two young men who came today were personable, and did a great job of installing a ceiling fan and bathroom light. They brought all garbage with them and left my place completely cleaned up.I will definitely use this company again since my first experience was so pleasant.

Called Cardinal because my hot water tank stopped working. I had someone come inspect to possibly repair it the same day I called.Unfortunately, my hot water tank was toast and my water pump wasn't too far behind. Matt was able to get me an extremely quick assessment.Cardinal was able to come in the next day to install a new hot water tank and water pump. I was so happy. The gentlemen that came were very professional, polite and friendly!I'm happy to have found their info when looking for help!

Right from booking the appointment to the services provided, everything was top notch.Alex and Jesse helped us install two light fixtures and did an incredible job. They were friendly and professional. I can’t recommend them enough.The only feedback I have is that when you call to book an appointment they don’t provide a quote (not even a guesstimate) and it is on the pricier side. But if budget is not an issue, definitely wouldn’t hesitate recommending them!

Andrew installed my electric car charger and the entire experience was great! The quote process was easy and thorough, a list of exactly what would be performed was provided, and confirming the job was easy as well. The guys installing the charger were on time, very pleasant and professional, and even called ahead to let me know they were on their way. 10/10!

Professional, efficient and excellent service . Second time using Cardinal and after a series of disappointing contractors, so happy that cardinal restored our faith in a reputable service provider. From start to completion,excellent,friendly communication . The guys arrived on time, ready to work and answer any questions . We had a vanity moved into place, plumbing rerouted , toilet replaced, water softener installed. Cost was reasonable and was much better to let them handle this part of our bathroom remodel. We were never pushed to buy anything which is always a relief and will have them back for a water filter system installation down the road. They Coordinated electricians for us and they too were friendly and efficient and easily accommodated an added job on the spot. Have absolutely nothing but praise for this company. The guys who came each time work independently, and you really can just go about your day with them working on their own. Great to find a service I can trust, finally! Jennifer and Jeff Harris

I cannot say enough great things about this company. My daughter dropped a beloved piece of jewellery in her bathroom sink and I called them for help. The receptionist was kind and friendly and when Glen came to help, not only did he do a fantastic job, he also went above and beyond to show compassion and care for my family.My first time needing to call here and I will be sure to say great things to everyone!
