I was in purchasing a pretzel and the girl getting my food together was coughing quite a bit, on my food, not covering her mouth. It seemed incredibly not sanitary and in hindsight I wish I didn’t order because I’m sure I’ll get sick now. More due diligence on health and safety is necessary when working with other people’s food. The pretzels are delicious but that was very unsettling and I’m thoroughly grossed out

Wow! Right out of the oven and into my mouth. What a GREAT tasting pretzel. They had a $2.00 special so we picked up three. I strongly suggest giving them a try as I’m sure you will be impressed.

The smell from this place as you walk in the mall is so dangerous as it pulls you right in! Pretzels are consistent every time. They make a perfect mall snack and the portion is enough to split and share with two people.To avoid the mess, I recommend getting the regular butter salted pretzel and having your frosting on the side!

The quality of the pretzels went down so much.Up until a few months ago, I loved having a pretzel from here every time I visited the mall. Now, the process of making a pretzel seems so rushed, it is not tasty anymore.

They once forgot to make our order and we ended up waiting around 30 minutes for it. Horrible place, would NOT recommend going to this location at ALL. Also, if you read the replies that the owner had posted to people who have given negative reviews on here, you will see that they are extremely aggressive in nature. This is not professional behaviour and is honestly just sad to see. People should be allowed to share their negative experiences without being attacked for it.

I love my pretzels! And mr. Pretzels has amazing flavour, the staff has always been very friendly and on top of it well organized for the customers to get their pretzels fast even though the lines look long. Another great thing is that the prices are not bad at all! Everything is affordable and very entertaining for the kids to watch them make their pretzels!

Absolutely love how tender the pretzel is. All there pretzels are amazing. I recently tried the pretzels here, they are fantastic, as I like pretzels I eat them often.
