I'm delighted they now have new employees who represent a variety of backgrounds since when the store first opened, I went there and there were only Indian people there. Whose customer service was appalling and who appeared to be making jokes and insulting each other since they would converse in their native tongues while simultaneously laughing. I was amazed that no one there was aware of how terrible the customer service is; things have undoubtedly improved.

Some staff can improve their communication skills. Went for clicking passport pic but the result were terrible and the Pic got rejected. Information regarding the charges was not provided promptly. Overall experience was poor.

Lovely customer service! After having issues with a different location, I was able to call and get helped by a member of staff immediately. They were friendly and informative, and were able to get my document printed quickly and easily.

Went to buy a bluetooth speaker. They had it advertised for 1 price. Went to order it and they tried charging me 134.99 Then said they would change the price when i came to pick it up. They also had like 20 empty display boxes (bring to front to buy style) but not 1 in stock. Cant remember the workers name unfortunately. Will never shop there again, thats some shady stuff.

Alison was the greatest help in finding me a solution. There was no more coat check tickets and she was able to spend time finding a solution in the print shop. She was excellent in customer service with my last minute needs & I would totally recommend her expertise.

Inconsistent price match policy. Online orders will match amazon, in store always did previously.Seems the new manager does not want to take business from amazon. I will be ordering from Amazon when I need it in a rush.

I went to make copies from photos in my phone. I went to the copy center and she said she couldn't help me or she'd have to charge me. So, I went to the cashier who told me everything I needed to know and saved me lots of money by telling me to choose black&white option cuz the default is color, which is about 5x more a copy.Get the staples card from the cashier first. It's refillable at the cashier and saves you a lot of grief.Nice store and unique. Great for browsing new computers, etc.
