Not really that helpful I asked about Star Trek ornaments the girl had no clue and I thought they were they were out but she said they weren't until June or something didn't even have an old wish book to look at or to take home

My favourite store in WEM. My love language is definitely gift giving - and Hallmark has great options! I also love making my wishlist each year and picking up the new Keepsake ornaments.

I do not live in Edmonton and have not visited the city in sometime due to COVID but this Hallmark store is a regular stop during my Christmas shopping. Shout out to Grace for taking my phone in order and mailing it to me in a very timely manner! COVID didn’t put a stop to my Christmas tradition or ornament giving!

Worst experience ever they ruined my anniversary surprise, you might as well just go to the location in south common. I called to put a Christmas ornament on sale and they said they had it and put it on hold under my name. I told her i would be there in 20 minutes to pick it up and when i get to the store they tell me there’s a “mishap” and tell me i have to go to south common (40 minutes away with the winter roads) to get what I was told was on hold for me. They were also telling 2 other people to go to south common so don’t even bother wasting your time. My question is why tell someone you have an item on hold for them if you’re not physically holding it. Not even a sorry from 1 of the 6 employees behind the counter. I have never left a google review in my life but after receiving the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced i truly felt like it was warranted.

Very nice selection of gift ideas. They have products for coming Halloween and Christmas. I found a Wolfman Snoopy for my niece. The price was a little bit expensive, but it's worth it since she will be happy. They have the tradicional post card section for everybody and every celebration. I know that other stores closed because of pandemic, but uts nice to see that this one in WEM survived. Best of luck, they need to recover their business.

Great place to find any type of card for birthdays to anniversaries. They also have a decent selection of odd gifts for those that are hard to buy for. At Christmas they bring out the specialty christmas decorations. Overall a fantastic place to shop
