This is hands down the Best small town garage ! All the way from the ladies in the office down to the young lads that do oil changes and minor repairs.. the costumer service is on point .. I had a broken car once well many times and they have lent me a vehicle to get to work while they repair mine. This last time my vehicle died one of the office ladies picked up the part I needed for me in London from a different company and drove it to the garage for me so my car was able to get repaired.. customer service that is just unheard of if you do business with this garage it will feel like family!!

A good old, honest garage run by good old, honest people.As a new resident to town, I was referred here for an oil change. Service was prompt, affordable and friendly. I was in and out in 20 minutes and it cost $29+ taxes for labour and a new filter. The mechanic also checked my tire pressure and looked into my check engine light issue while the oil was draining.

They provide honest services and don't treat me like I'm stupid (a frequent occurrence at mechanics for women and femme-presenting people). They were very helpful for coordinating services with other providers, like the local Ford dealership. In the past, it was a bit difficult to get a call-back and/or receive a bill, but their new email invoice system seems to be changing that. I know some customers prefer the pay later set-up, but I prefer to pay ASAP so that I know the payment is taken care of. I'm someone who is picky about mechanics, and I can confidently say I'll continue to use Harris-Greig Automotive for my car maintenance needs.

Excellent service all around. We're new to the area and was looking for a reliable place to have a vehicle serviced. We looked online and found that the reviews were good so we tried them out. And I must say Harris-Greig deserves all the five-star ratings that they got including this one. They were professional, accommodating and courteous. We had to have some air conditioning work done, and they found one link that they fixed, but there is another one which required a major amount of work taking apart the dash of my car. Everything was put back together as if it were never ripped apart. Ryan was great to deal with and absolutely more than fair with the price. I don't think anyone could go wrong dealing with Ryan and those in the office.
