Barely impossible to make an appointment most of the time and reception and dr are always rushing to get you off the phone.Really wish they’d have online booking by now like many other good doctors offices do these past few years, very disappointing considering I’ve been with them my while life sadly.

I don’t know why everyone is complaining or rating bad stars because I always go there I have great feelings with all receptionists. I have no problem at all with them.My problem is DR IP who doesn’t accept patient requests. I’m a patient so I think I deserve to having my health life and he is my family dr so he is supposed to be stand by the parent.

Dr Wilfred - should be investigated as a negligent doctor who just wants to collect a payment - my wife was sent away with potentially life threatening infection but “it’s just viral.” Goes ahead and gives medication that not only made conditions worse BUT now she is unable to take proper medication because this man isn’t in the medical field to help but only to fill his pockets by throwing prescription at people. I might be contacting my member of legal council if nothing is done to resolve this issue .I hope they read their reviews

I am not one to go out of my time to write bad reviews, but I am sick of the way I am treated every time I call this place. The receptionists I have experienced all have been extremely rude even after I have been nothing but kind every time I called about my prescriptions NOT getting faxed to my pharmacy. The doctors here are great, but I can’t stand the way I’m treated every time I call. (which I have to end up calling A LOT because my prescriptions never get faxed right away) I’m going to look into getting a new doctor just because of the receptionists here making me so uncomfortable.This is rediculous and I hope you look into getting new staff soon. From the other reviews I’ve read other people have had problems with the attitude of them too.

Everytime I call they're always closed for lunch some how. How does every receptionist go on lunch at 12 and get an hour and a half break? Are you kidding me. You work 9-5 yet you cant take breaks separately and leave someone to answer the phone for appointments. Absolutely ridiculous

I'm surprised with all the negativity toward the receptionists. They have always been friendly and courteous when I call. When I am at the clinic my experience is always great. The only reason I don't 5 star is the WAIT. I called to make an appointment for an ailing leg issue and I can't get in to see the doctor until 1 month 12 days later. I suppose I should just try to ignore the problem until than? I understand I can just go to emerge but why would I want to do that during a pandemic not to mention they are always short staffed at BGH. 43 days ..... Well I hope its nothing too serious! lol.... I can't blame this clinic entirely, everything is ridiculous now with the pandemic and lockdowns and such... but why even have a family doctor at this point? Family doctors give you that soothing feeling of comfort and trust. Shame I have to go to the walk ins all the time.... I like my family doctor!

Used to be run by some of the best people. Since the main Doctor retired, it's now run by a small man with a god complex who's fresh out of school and thinks releasing a patient who's diagnosed with a neurodegenerative disease isn't cruel simply because he can't respond in emergency" which isn't what a family physician does anyway."

Honestly surprised with the treatment from the receptionists. Both girls were so rude towards my mom and not understanding at all as she was saying she was in pain. As well as they told her she would be called right after one person, then we see like 5 patients go in. We explained she was in pain and yet they were so mouthy. I don't know what happened to this establishment, Years back it definitely wasn't like this. If I could give them zero stars I would.
