Claire is absolutely awesome. She did a great job working with my 1 year old. Shop is clean, service friendly, and I really loved that he took the time to explain everything and care.

My daughter got a vertical labret and we love it! The room she got peireced in was sooo cute, all pink! & the owners were so nice! Definitely recommend and will definitely go again!

I can not explain how happy we were with the experience my daughter had with Claire while getting her ears pierced. Upon booking, we were given concise directions on what was expected of us when we attended our appointment. There was no second guessing what we were supposed to do; numbing the area of the lobe that was being pierced.Upon arrival, we were met with warm welcomes and my daughter was completely included in the decision making every step of the way. In fact, once the legalities were taken care of (my identification and health card provided) I took the back seat and let her answer all the questions Kelly and Claire had for her. She chose her earring colours, agreed to the piercings, and even signed her name on the consent form.My daughter's grandmothers both attended and that was very much encouraged by both Kelly and Claire - this is a big deal

Called to ask if by any chance at all there is an appointment available on Saturday for ear piercing. The guy that answered the phone literally laughed at me and said no, that if I wanted an appointment I would’ve had to call months ago. HOW DO I KNOW THAT EXACTLY?!… extremely ignorant. Thank god there’s no appointments available. Glad to take my business elsewhere. People call for assistance. Not to be laughed at and judged. Complete jerk.

We had a pleasant experience here having our infant's ears pierced. Both staff were friendly, polite, and took the time to review their procedure and answer our questions. Claire made the experience better than we were expecting, and so I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Clair pierced my 4 year olds ears for her first time. She was so awesome with her and made her first experience absolutely amazing. 100% I will recommend her and her team to everyone! Amazing job!

Great service!! Knowledgeable, excellent customer service. Claire talked my daughter through everything that was going to happen for her nose Piercing, we have had 4 ear piercings there, so she is quiet comfortable with the setting and the people.
