If i could give 0 stars, I would. This place is terrible with horrible customer service. Take your money somewhere else. Owner promised my tailored blouse and dress will be done within a week but as a week approaches, the owner kept putting it off saying “it will be ready by tomorrow”. But Once the blouse and dress was done being tailored. The owner baited me by saying the dress and blouse was has arrived at her store but as I came to pick it up, it was not there and she made me go pick up my own blouse that she promised that will be done within a week and she said she would pick it up herself. PLEASE NEVER COME HERE. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES ON GERRARD THAN THIS TRASH PLACE.

Nice store run by a lady, she doesnt sugar quote like other sellers do, but is very kind and helpful at heart. We loved shopping for Diwali here.

Unreliable service. I was promised that tailoring of a simple blouse would be done in 2 days but when I called it wasn’t ready and they said to come the next day, then the next day I call and I get the same message and get delayed again. On the third trial, I finally got it but it wasn’t done properly and the measurement in one arm was different from another arm! Terrible service overall

Worst customer service. The lady whose claiming to be owner literally is screaming at the customers for not buying. She has no manners how to deal with customers. No customer service literally Making fun of customers.Avoid this store

Very pushy sales person with no respect for price whatsoever. It seems like they just make up the price on the spot. You will be so lost to think about the actual price or where to start. Don't dare to take any tea inside as they will keep saying it's very dangerous and push you at the end of the store. Feels like you are holding some radioactive material in your hand. They will keep lowering the price for you to make the purchase on the basis that you are getting a good deal whereas the actual price is what they are selling at. They quote the initial price 4 times higher than the regular price and then keep lowering it. Very clever tactic which is easy to catch. Won't be going there again.

My wife and I were both pleased with the service and amazing selection the store had. The owner is very friendly and gave my wife great advice on what to accessorize her outfit with. Amazing service thank you so much

ABSOLUTE SCAM! Please do not come here. Very rude to customers. Terrible quality clothes and rip off prices! Store owners have no shame or respect. Colours wearing off right away.
