The online inventory is not accurate or trustworthy. An item was supposed to have12 in stock, but they can't sell it yet so come back in 20 minutes. Sure I'm not busy or anything. No apologies or chagrin at the error.

I placed my order at 7pm for express delivery (they close at 9) order couldn't come until the next day (and that's fair.) But the next day I waited the whole day at home with almost zero updates on my order, around 6 I received a text saying I was the next delivery. Waited until 8, then stepped out for a smoke and missed the 1 call the driver gave me, tried to call back within 1min but the driver called from an unknown number... They then turned back and canceled my order, KEEPING my delivery fee. Messaged support and they basically said to bad so sad." Trash service."

We came here as tourists on a seven-hour international transit. Overall experience was super nice: solid security (ID check preventing anyone younger than 21 to enter), super friendly staff also speaking English, great advice on what to choose, and the selection of products is huge.Canada shows how legalization can be successful in terms of improving public health and making a profit.We would definitely come again :) merci beaucoup!

The staff are great as is service is solid. Return policy is fro. The 1950s and product quality is slipping. Stale hard packed prerolls. All issues get sent off to nowhere land at head office to die.
