dont trust these guys. bunch of crooks. 10 years ago they told all their oil customers that ontario legislation required them to change their oil tanks and they quoted very large costs to do this. It is only recently that the legislation required some people to change their tanks. When, I finally had it done 2 years ago, it was half the cost that this company quoted 10 years before. When, I quit using them 10 years ago, I had someone else come to do the furnace maintenance. The guy was appalled and showed me how this company had not been doing the work properly for the previous 12 years. I know numerous other people who have similar complaints.

Personally I was referred to Arthur's Fuel by a friend . The initial work done by Arthur's was top notch . I have been with them now for 4 years - i have found their prices reasonable and a call to fill the tank done quickly . Sometimes the only reviews to be read are negative ones and the Satisfied or Happy customer just sends more referrals towards a company doing a great job . All I can say is sometimes a customer has a lot of exterior stresses on them and is dissatisfied no matter how reasonable a company has handled a situation - just spend an hour in traffic and no need to say anymore . Sooo Great job Arthur's- I am very pleased I was referred and glad to have you handling my needs . I believe a bunch of money was saved as well . It's now been 4 seasons at Belwood Lake and the service and customer care has been Excellent . THANKS - Keep up the good work !

We’ve been dealing with Arthurs Fuel for several years now and I can’t say enough about how great they are.. We have always felt comfortable when their technicians visit our property. They are very professional, respectful, polite and courteous and they go out of their way to make sure that we’re not spending more than we need to. I highly recommend Arthurs fuel for any of your HVAC or Gas needs needs. Keep up the great work. We will continue to hire Arthurs Fuel when needed..

Well I have used this service for over 5 years. They have never ever let me down in any way shape or form. The folks in the office from dispatch to repair are just great. I call for fuel they get it to me Fast and they take care of all our equipment too. Just awesome!!

I only stopped here to use the Port-O-Potty. My 3 year old daughter needed to pee & I noticed the bathroom in the parking lot so we stopped. Excellent timing & thank you Arthur Fuels for this convenience.

The sales representative came over to my property, he told me he would send a quote. A week later I finally had a quote, i filled out all their paperwork and waited for an installation date. At no time did I ever think I was going to finally receive a phone call a week after I sent in the paper work. I was told i could not have service and when i asked why they could not tell me. I asked to speak with a manager and they refused. They seemed pretty sketchy to me.

Best customer service i experienced the dispatcher Josh really went out all his way to get my.heat back on.Phones calls were pleasant and so easy to work with them.Good job Arthur fuels a big thank you to Josh and the tech who came out today. I wish to have a long standing service.Thank you once again for the excellent service.

Had a little bit of a rough experience at the beginning with Arthurs fuel. Had my propane tank removed and reinstalled to a new trailer and had a bill that was 90% more than what I was quoted for the job. After having a lengthy conversation with the service manager I was very impressed on how Scott the service manager handled it. At the beginning when dealing with his service coordinator (Trish) there was alot of attitude been given and not understanding at all and very standoffish. I was very impressed in how Scott handled the situation, easy going guy and understands you a true cool dude. The installer that came out was great as well Thanks Matt !!! " . These guys will always have my business. As long as they are there ."

Bob & Trish went above and beyond sourcing an Exhaust Venter Motor for my Lixaire York furnace from 20+ years ago located in Fergus. They got the parts to us on short notice before the Thanksgiving long weekend! Much appreciated guys! Thank you again.

I have been a customer with Arthurs for 16 years now , and find there service GREAT . From the dispatchers to the accounts payable .Bailed me out on a cold Friday night when i though I had more fuel than I did but I was out, of fuel completely. One of there driver's came at 6:30 pm on a Friday and filled my tank. Cheer's to all the employees at Arthur's keep up the good work . Your Hockley customer Alison
