Dr Tsang and her amazing staff have provided me with excellent care, work and advice. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy with their very organised procedures. This is the ONLY office I have NEVER waited for my appointment slot (almost 2 years of attending) which is a massive bonus for a busy new mother. Thank you for everything and the new smile, I LOVE it and will be showing it off!

I have dealt with Winnipeg Orthodontic Group for about 5 years now. Through adult braces, a jaw surgery and retainer followup they have always been kind, communicative, available and best of all the results are fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Tsang for your orthodontic needs. We tried other providers and her consult intitially was much more thorough and specific and gave me a better idea of what the process would be like and no corners were cut as a result. When you speak to her you will be reassured. She makes data based reasonable promises and over delivers results. If I had to do it again I'd do it here. Great experience. Or as great as braces can be!

My husband had to get braces later in life. You can imagine that this is daunting but but Dr. Tsang along with her crew and the most amazing receptionist made it a wonderful experience. Professional and kind, very accommodating and all around wonderful place. We will always recommend them!

Gave us the run around. I told them twice that my previous insurance company hadn’t sent me a letter stating we long received coverage from them. Dr. Tsang’s receptionist did not want to consider this even though my daughter has been suffering from her wisdom teeth grown in place. The advice from their office was that they didn’t want to pull them out until she got her braces even though her teeth have been crowded for the past year. Sad that my daughter suffered for so long over a piece of paper. I stated that I would even pay the cost up front. I don’t recommend this place.

I got my braces over 5 years ago and the procedure took 2 years. The contract with Dr. Tsang at winnipeg orthodontic clinic was for 2 years and she was very nice and I felt like I was heard by her. But at the end of 2 years when my braces came off, I noticed that my upper front teeth didnt align with my lower teeth. which meant to close my moth completely, I had to skew my lower jaw to one side. This is so uncomfortable and gives me headaches(literal and figurative). I went back to Dr.Tsang 3 weeks after my braces came off, and she said they will have to charge me extra to put braces back on and correct the problem. It sounds ridiculous to me that after paying over 5000$ and 2 years of my time, yet they wanna charge me for their mistake.I hope this helps someone else.

Friendly, welcoming, and professional staff. Love the atmosphere and cleanliness of the clinic! I had my braces with Dr. Susan Tsang when I was in high school. Very happy with the result after 2 years!

Had my first consultation today and moving forward with getting Invisalign. The office was efficient, clean, professional and friendly. I have a great feeling about this journey to a fantastic smile!

Dr. Tsang, one of the best. She was able to fix my 35 year old teeth and give me the smile I always wanted. Every visit I was first greeted by the wonderful receptionist who went above and beyond many, many times with accommodating my schedule.The assistants are so friendly and genuine. We always had a blast. Dr. Tsang really knows how to take care of you. I always felt super easy and relaxed with everyone's company. I'm sure gonna miss my visits there.

Dr. Robertson is an amazing orthodontist and her staff are so awesome. Everyone is friendly, informative and courteous; and we always feel welcome as soon as we walk in the door. The service is great and we never have to wait long. When we had a more urgent issue, we were able to be seen right away and the issue was resolved. I appreciate that they make my son feel comfortable, so I don't have to stay in the room. It's great for longer visits, because I can grab a drink from Tim's or peruse the mall. Dr. Robertson is doing a wonderful job of straightening my sons very not straight teeth. I would highly recommend Dr. Robertson for anyone needing orthodontic treatment!
