This was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. They helped me find a phone and plan that fit my lifestyle (Samsung S21). On top of all that they gave me a really good price. I have purchased around 10 iPhone from them since 2014, they were very good till to around 2020.I sent upgrading phone order at June, it was quiet till I called at July, someone told me my order was out of stock. Over the phone, this someone suggested me choose iPhone 13 mini, so I agreed without knowing the size. When we picked up phone later, immediately realized it is too small, even smaller than the phone in-use. After negotiation, Mike agreed to exchange if it is in original package, I appreciated.But the way to deal with customer service lady was very unpleasant, she was cold showing no care, felt like I talk to criticizer or school principal (sorry, just joke, most principals are good).After one month, I finally decided not exchange phone because I didn't want to spend more time on it. Two days ago, I got iPhone 13 mini out of box, starting to setup. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was failed no matter how much I tried.Calling to this company today, get the same customer service lady, she tells me to go with Apple. It is not wrong, but, same cold and non of my business attitude, completely ignore the fact I am this one paying money, getting unwanted phone, failing on setup. There was one time, I got new iPhone with some scratches on screen, they helped me get Rogers support online for exchange, and monitored exchange process.If this company can't do anything now, tells costumers go to Rogers or Apple when problem raised, what the purpose it being a business? What kind service they provide to customers?I wish to rate higher based on past experience, but rate lower wish they improve customer service.

Colin Moore provided excellent customer service. I signed up for a phone plan with him two or three years ago through Rogers. Great promotional price that hasn't increased on 12/24 month term. Thanks Colin!

Not very happy with the service . Front desk people dont have knowledge to provide it to customer . Orders are like terribly late . When u can get it sooner if you buy from outside or from apple store . Bad bad service

I've been using this company for many (15?) years. Always great service and never any issues that weren't immediately resolved.

This is a joke. Customers with existing line can't benefit from these deals. I have 3 line from this company. No deals for me. I will be cancelling the lines and going to other providers. Give some credits to the existing customers also. For a change

Ordered a phone 52 days ago and I'm still waiting. Friends of mine have ordered the exact same phone and received them within 14-21 days, max 30 days. This is absolutely ridiculous and saying we are Rogers" in your description is a flat out lie. I would've received my phone weeks ago if I had ordered it directly from Rogers.UPDATE: It's now been 69 days and I'm still waiting."

Colin Moore is incompetent. Signed up for a black Friday and was provided no communication that the phone was not in stock and backordered. They finally received stock 3 weeks later and was told the promotion can't be applied anymore because it no longer exist in the system...
