I don't know what's worse trying to nickel and dime condo residents or lying staff - entering the unit by claiming to be the resident engineer. They are not trustable, be cautious when hiring them.

They will make the fire alarm testing unnecessarily long. You don’t need to ring out the alarm for 2 minutes straight just to test one unit. Complete disregard and lack of care for residents in the building.

Honestly for a fire department there slow and you can tell milking the clock is there cause people need jobs. Recommendation just don't get them to test the alarms for a whole condo building.

Torbram was contracted to completely replace the sprinkler system in our open parking garage. The workers arrived on-time, as scheduled and the worked very efficiently and completed the work, one day ahead of schedule. The area was cleaned of debris and the workers were polite and helpful when we asked questions. Great team headed by Amos and Sheldon.

So incredibly unprofessional. Been “testing” in my building for a week now. Completely disruptive considering the state of the world - we are working from home, calling clients, home schooling children. I’ve owned many condos - testing doesn’t last this long unless you don’t know what you are doing.
